Dunkin' — Restaurant in Milford

Frequently get my coffee and sandwiches here as i work with the vicinity. But got a very nasty and rude service from the lady that attended to me as i was ordered a large macchiato thru the drive through, around 1:02:42pm today 06/06/20.(order #424)As i placed my order i requested for less ice and before i could inform her that i needed to have a caramel syrup on it . She responded in a very very aggressive tone, that she already knew what i wanted and asked me to move forward as i moved forward to picked up my order, repeated again asking if they added the caramel Swirl, they said yes .and handed me the coffee. On testing it was so bitter and i realised they didn't add the caremel swirl. And checking through the lebel i realised it wasn't added i left there disappointed and i felt i wasted my time , money and worst of all a very rude and agressive treatment. I don't see my self going back there , i wonder how many other clients get the same treatment as i did today. I hope management take action on as i have always seen the place as a pleasant place to...

I just went through the drive-thru And I ordered a holiday brew hot coffee.. hazelnut swirl with cream only.. I paid for it and I added a dollar tip.. now this is the Dunkin’ Donuts across from the Post mall. So it’s a busy road so I didn’t get to try the coffee until about five minutes down the road and it was completely cold.. so I get to ShopRite which was about another five minutes from there and I called them. The male who answered the phone tells me well why didn’t you tell me when you were in the drive-through that the coffee wasn’t hot?!? Well obviously I wasn’t sitting there drinking it?!? And that’s the whole reason I’m calling? So he says to me well the blue light is on so the coffee must be hot? Well I’m telling you that it’s not usually it’s burning hot so you would drink it right away anyways!! Never again will I go to that Dunkin’ and I don’t advise...

The drive-thru employee was extremely rude and disrespectful. I had a $2 medium iced coffee coupon, which she could not get to work and was adamant that it was not going to work. I had ordered 2 medium iced coffees. It turned out that her rude and disrespectful attitude was more important, than actually realizing that she had rung up the incorrect order instead for a bacon egg and cheese (which is why the coupon wasn't working). After requesting to deal with a different employee, they got the coupon to work. However, as I was driving away I noticed that one of the iced coffees was completely wrong (it was a mocha swirl instead of a regular iced coffee with just milk). I've never been so disrespected and treated with awful customer service the way my family was treated today in the drive-thru. I would not recommend this Dunkin'...
