Ming Feng Chinese Restaurant — Restaurant in Milford

I had a VERY HORRIBLE experience with a delivery driver at night on 11/28/23. He called while outside and tried to demand that someone who is paralyzed on half of his body, in a wheelchair, and has a speech impediment go meet him outside and get his food from him because he didn’t want to enter the nursing home facility that he was delivering to. He told me the restaurant told him not to go inside the building but other drivers from that restaurant have entered the building no problem (even one delivery driver did 20 mins prior). Some residents at the nursing home would never even be able to do that due to being bed ridden, in a wheelchair, disabled, etc. I don’t understand what he or the restaurant expected accepting a delivery to a nursing home. Especially one that they have delivered to MANY times before. I feel it was absolutely wrong and inappropriate. The driver ended up huffing and puffing but entered the building to deliver to food but was EXTREMELY rude to the resident and I and then KICKED open our glass doors that lock automatically for safety precaution when they close so you have to be let out of the building. I was helping the resident that ordered check the bag to make sure he had all his food and didn’t let him out fast enough and that was how he decided to react. Which ultimately set off the building alarm. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNCALLED FOR. When I called the restaurant to complain the lady that answered laughed at me and disregard my concern. VERY UPSETTING EXPERIENCE. I will NEVER order from this restaurant again and I suggest not ordering from them either. THIS IS COMPLETE DISCRIMINATION AGAINST THE SICK, DISABLED, AND ELDERLY! This Chinese food restaurant is one of the best if not the BEST! The classic chicken wings does it for me.
