Hello I am a truck driver and I stop here to grab me a quick bite I went to Wendy which I’m still here sitting
Very unprofessional crew today I watch the manager take drive through orders and take money and then proceed to make my fries and nuggets some of the nuggets fell and she caught them in her hand and place it inside my bag. Now usually I would have walk out but I was extremely hungry so all I did was ask her to change my fries so that I can still eat
Instead of her just changing them she ask why and I explain to her I just watch you take a order and make my fries she caught a attitude and then said it will be three min for new fries I said ok
Then she proceeded to to talk in Spanish to the young lady who had gloves on saying that I change my food because I don’t have gloves on And I told her back in Spanish that it was very rude to talk in Spanish and tell her why she was upset to change my food I explain to her that she never knows who speak Spanish and that this American our first language Is English respect me and the people here
Then she say you don’t want to argue I told her in Spanish I never argue I just wanted you to change my fries and don’t with a smile after I watch you! Moral of the story her hospitality was horrible and I bet next time she will be careful what she say in Spanish
I didn’t get the names but it’s 11 20 am right now there where three women and one man and only one manger lady Who ever she is need to not work in food as she she told me they don’t have to where gloves dealing...
Read moreMany years ago, I visited this Wendy’s and had a sub-par experience. After suffering through the 20 minute line, the Wendy’s then proceeded to mix up my coke and give me a Dr. Pepper instead. Naturally, I was taken back. Typically, I am a big fan of Wendy’s and their Spicy Chicken sandwich, but this experience made me want to avoid this establishment all together. However, I am a believer in 2nd chances.
When I arrived at this Wendy’s for the 2nd time, my expectations were at rock bottom. I was afraid to be hurt yet again. First impressions, though, were much better. I moved through the drive-through line with ease, collecting an order for me and my associate relatively quickly. The staff was friendly and professional when I spoke with them. I pulled away happy, glad I had given this Wendy’s a second opportunity. And then I arrived to eat my food
Everybody knows that a key ingredient of the Spicy Chicken Sandwich is sauce. That sauce becomes even more important in an order of chicken nuggets (like the ones my associate got). So you can imagine my anguish when I opened my bad and found NO SAUCE. I wanted so badly for this to be a story of redemption, but it seems that is far from the truth. The old wound of betrayal was reopened, and I am left empty and abandoned. I hope one day I can go to this Wendy’s and leave smiling. But that day...
Read moreI went to this Wendy’s at 1:15 am. I didn’t expect much much but I’m used to the team being courteous and helpful. Not only did the woman taking my order not know what she was doing but she very discourteous and rude. She fumbled around for i don’t know how long to find cups to put drinks in and was very abrupt and short when asked questions regarding my order. She not only forgot to give me items on my order but she also was very rude and unfriendly when asked about the mistake. I understand it was late and staff doesn’t want to deal with people at this hour but it was a rather horrible experience for me. I love coming to this pilot Wendy’s after a long night of work and rewarding myself with a delicious baconator but I’d rather go to a McDonalds or anywhere else and get a better customer experience. I’m sure you all will ignore this review so I’m encouraging all my peers and others who had like wise experiences...
