Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Millbrae

Wait times for pepperoni. Even the pizza portal you have to call them to tell then to make one and put it in there or it likely wont be there when you show up. If the pepperonis right off the shelf you wont know how long its been sitting there. I went in asked for pepperoni. Asked for wait time. Guy said they’re coming out right now. Rang it up, totaled as $7.53, but pepperoni subtotal is $5.99 with $6.51. He was selling me an “extramost best” pepperoni instead of regular pepperoni even though I didn’t ask for that. I saw the price was wrong and I said I wanted regular pepperoni. He said wait was 15 minutes. I think he was ringing me up for something other than what I asked for....

So if you can make your pizza a little worse, I may actually get another slice between my kids! How is it that you guys are the only ones that can make the thick, fat, bread-- and still put the most ridiculous toppings for my kids (mushroom pineapple) but never get to eat but a slice? (Oh, and any dropped cheese, too!)

And thank you... you're pretty inexpensive, but I thank you mostly because I'm really impressed on how quickly you cook such good stuff.

It's a real big bummer I don't live next door (I'd be able to walk back now and buy my own pizza now that the kiddos ate it all!)

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have been a customer at Litttle Caesars Pizza Millbrae for nearly 9 years, but the new counter person, the bearded guy was extremely rude and I will never go back. On March 15, 2019 I ordered a pizza online from the website and it included a free premium, a bottle of soda. When I went to the store at approximately 7:30 pm the pizza was ready but the clerk was very rude and refused to give me the premium or a refund or let me talk to the manager or give me his name.
