The worst massage ever!!! My feet had no problem before I got a foot massage from King massage. And now I have to deal with Achilles tendinitis for the rest of my life.

The masseur Ying Zhang massaged my foot and she pressed so hard on the tendons near my heel. I felt uncomfortable but she stopped massaging the same area so I didn’t think much of it until after the massage is done. It started hurting right after the massage and I thought I could just wait it out.

I went back after a week because I couldn’t handle the pain and they kept telling me it wasn’t their fault.

I realized I have to talk to them face to face to solve this problem. After an hour and a half waiting, I was finally able to talk with the owner on the store phone, but he refused to give any help and denied they did anything wrong. He did not care about my illness at all and all he wanted to do was rudely ask me if I remembered the exact date and exact time I came in, even the picture of the lady who did message me. I can’t stop wondering the reason why he asked me all those questions, was to delete the camera evidence and make sure I did not have any proof that they did anything wrong??? Well, I’m helpless and all I can do is write down this review and warn everybody before they decide to check...

Went with my family to get a foot massage. When we were ready to go in the guy asked me to pay it should be $100 for 4 people . When I gave him my credit card he swiped it and it showed $102.80 . I asked him what was this extra charge for he said merchant fee . I told him it is their responsibility and not mine . He then said he is going to call his boss and spoke to someone in Chinese . After his call he told me he will waive the merchant fee but I will have to pay sales tax . I asked him how is it that he wants to charge me sales tax for a service provided and he his not selling me a product . Then the guy goes pay in cash and I won't charge you sales tax . It's not the $2.80 it's the bad business practice that bothers me . These kind of businesses are not only cheating the customers they are trying to cheat the system as well .by asking for cash they are trying to avoid paying...

I had a massage there yesterday with a young Chinese man as my masseuse. I told him repeatedly to be gentler but he did not listen. I was in pain during the massage and even the masseuse next to me (working on my boyfriend in the same room) told him to be gentler. I felt horrible after my massage and now it's a day later, my neck and upper back are both in more pain!

I have had dozens of massages, in nice places and Chinese places like this one, and NONE were like this. I felt my masseuse had no idea what he was doing and could not listen to my instructions. He could not tell that I was writhing in pain and just kept going!

Seriously, please...
