If I could give 0 stars I would. My sister and I went in around 7pm and ordered our food on the kiosk. Our food came out and when I bit into my quarter it was bright pink. I took it to the counter and asked that it please be remade and handed it to the manager David. I waited 20 minutes and my new sandwich had not been brought out yet so I went back up to the counter. I could see there was a worker at the bagging area, at drive thru(manager), and another girl walking around the front. I waited about 5 minutes before I said "excuse me" no acknowledgement, I said "excuse me again" this time louder. One girl with blonde hair walked past me with her cup and didn't say a word. I assumed she was going on break so I didn't bother her. My sister then came over and yelled "hello!" Still 0 acknowledgement from anyone. We were the only 2 people in the lobby and their screens had 3 orders so it wasn't loud or busy. I finally go to step around the counter to look for the manager, and a girl who had looked at me and ignored me for the last 10 minutes at this point finally said "I'm helping you what?" I explained that I was checking on my sandwich remake. She rolled her eyes didn't say anything and walked over to her manager. David then came to me and said "they never brought your new sandwich out?" At this point I didn't care about my sandwich I was angry about the horrible customer service and being ignored by 4 people one of them being a manager. I expressed my frustrations and simply asked for a refund. David the proceeded to tell me that they are very busy and can't get to everyone. I told him that all it would've taken was for the girl at the bagging area or the girl who walked by 3 times to say "we'll be right with you" he then said "well maybe we can get a bell or something and I'm trying to calm down myself" I asked for their corporate/franchise office number and he said "I don't have it". No one had name tags on so even if I did call the only name I can give is davids and that's because I asked for it.
Horrible customer service, dead flies in the lobby, bathrooms were dirty and locks on the stalls...
Read moreFirst, I NEVER leave bad reviews but our recent visit was the worst fast food customer experience we've ever had! If I could leave negative stars I would. We ordered via drive thru and were shorted a 6 piece nugget. We were not given a receipt to see if the order was taken incorrectly but we saw it on the screen and it looked right. My fiancée went inside to tell them and the person she encountered didn't believe her. She told her to "go check again", "I swear I put it in there" and asked to see the bag. My fiancée came out to me where I had everything out of the bag already open and was applying sauce to a mcchicken. I packed it all back up, took it back in myself, and said to the same girl "you wanted to see this, we didn't get the 6 piece and you didn't give us a receipt". She starts going through the bag yelling "I swear I put it in there but whatever! Can I get two 6 pieces!" with the worst attitude to the cooks in the back I said "we only need one!" but she didn't care. She comes back over. I ask for more sauces. She says "you have to pay for more" Me "ok, I want one of each please" She rings me up for 2 sauces and brings me 2 sweet n sour's. I am at this point super annoyed and said "You're not listening to me. I said one of each please. Is there are manager?" She responds yelling "I AM THE MANAGER AND YOU CAN GET OUT OF MY STORE"! I was shocked and said "this is the worst customer experience I've ever had and you will be hearing from someone." She yells "I DON'T CARE, YOU DO THAT!" And I left, shook from this "manager" that clearly didn't give a rip about "her store". Woah lady. Read moreAvoid! Just stopped here for lunch 5/28/2021. I wasn't aware that the dining room isn't open. There's a very small sign on the door that is easy to miss. Door was open so I walked in.
As I approached the counter, staff barked at me about dining room being closed... As l walking out the door, I said "put a sign up or lock the door".
It was then that the man running orders outside went ballistic. "Don't get smart with me... and don't go through the drive through either. I'm out of here at 3 pm if you have a problem we'll resolve it."
My mistake I missed the sign. Not my mistake the door was open. I wasn't confrontational, I left as soon as I was turned away. Not interested in heated discussions over something as trivial as lunch.
