This is my experience past and present with this Arby's location. I also work retail, and without my customers, I wouldn't have a job. So if you're an Arbys employee, manager, or corporate, please read this review all the way through. Customer service is KEY. Without it, you lose hundreds of dollars of potential business from a single customer. Knowing this, I treat each and every one of my customers as kindly and professionally as I possibly can. Retail is hard, I get it, so take breaks to avoid burnout. I used to manage 5 subway locations as a "Floater manager" due to lack of staffing (one of which had a drivethrough), so trust me when I say I get that working retail can be TOUGH!
I once had an employee at this location get mad at me and be very snappy with me when I walked in the drivethough during Covid. I'm not sure which employee this was, but no customer wants to get scolded like a child. I was told to do this by other employees, so I was confused. I didn't have a vehicle and their lobby was closed for way too long (they said it was due to staffing, but I believed for a long time it had to do with not wanting to clean the tables and the lobby). Many people used Covid as an excuse not to do things, but maybe they really are being honest about it. Who knows?
Since they have opened up their lobby and have gotten more staff, things have been going a lot better. The lobby had been open for over 6 months, and I didn't know because of avoiding this place due to my past experience. They lost over half a year of my business due to one snappy employee. That's a lot of money, guys!!! This goes to show how important it is to treat your customers with kindness and respect. Hundreds of potential dollars down the drain for this Arbys. What a shame! Anyway, now I usually come here twice a day 5 times a week because it's so close to my job and I'm obsessed with their lemonades. They know me by name and have treated me a lot better. I take the cart pushers from Walmart here all the time to get lemonade. Their lobby is always clean, and napkins, sauces, straws, ect, are always stocked.
I recommend the classic chicken sandwich, pork slider, Jamocha shake, Reuben sandwich, french dip, the limited items such as the new Steakhouse Burger, and any of their lemonades that are behind the counter, especially strawberry and peach (Blueberry is limited time). Get light on the ice because they are non-refillable. You're welcome.
UPDATE: Went over at 10:40 am to get lemonades for all my coworkers and the had the lobby doors locked. We don't own vehicles so we couldn't use to drivethrough. It says right on the door 10:00 lobby open, if this isn't true they should change the sign. If you are understaffed put a freaking note. God dang. They did this to me for almost a year and are...

When I ordered I told the drive thru cashier I wanted it to look like the picture on their order board. Puchased dinner for the family. Got home ...and was absolutely SHOCKED at the appearance if my Pecan Chicken sandwich!! YOU BE THE JUDGE. THEY COULD NOT HAVE DONE A WORSE JOB IF THEY WERE TRYING! Definitely taking this back tomorrow! They barely put chicken salad in the very middle of the bread! "Arby's- they have the Meats!" AND FROM THE LOOK OF MY SANDWICH.....THEY PLAN ON KEEPING IT TOO! VERY DISAPPOINTED!
*The day After I got the disappointing Pecan Chicken salad sandwich at Arby's, I took it back. I spoke to the Manager, showed her the sandwich, and she she said I was right to be disappointed because the sandwich was " unacceptabe" the way it was made. It's supposed to have 2 scoops of Chiicken salad in it, and the first sandwich only has 1 scoop. She offered my money back...Or a new sandwich made Right. Read moreSo we visit this Arby's at least three times a week and I know that's sad 😭 but home on it cuz we even visit at night and the two night shift supervisors are so helpful and are so sweet actually I think there's about four I think all of them that work at night are seemingly all she's supervisors LOL. No matter how wacky you are order is they listen they never get upset and they take the time and the food is always excellent. If you want to know if that's a new roast don't tell you if you want to have maybe a custom order made they'll make it for you. Today at least on the receipt Sierra is who wrote us up and all I can say to the store manager is you are so lucky to have such responsible and nice people working your store late at night because we had stopped coming here years ago because of well you're the manager you would know why. This is getting long-winded so I'm just going to end it with by far our favorite Arby's way...
