I’ve sent this message on three different platforms and no response this company is ridiculous especially when handling customer complaints so let me type this out again I ordered my food at 7:56 I just canceled my order at 9:39 I called up there the first time and A. Man told me they were extremely busy and short staffed because of the deep fruit festival going on in Milledgeville he told me my food was walking out the door at 9:13 when I had not received my food at this point I called the store again shot on hold while they rudely answer the phone and put you back on hold this woman answer the phone and when you were trying to speak with her I tried to tell her about my situation that I have been waiting over two hours for my food and that this man told me that my food was going out the door and that I would be there in 10 to 15 minutes 35 minutes goes by and I still have no food and the tracker still says that it’s in the building! She doesn’t give me any updates whatsoever on my order she doesn’t apologize she tells me OK and hangs up on me I was extremely nice and professional with her even though the lack of communication in this store is utterly ridiculous and the fact that y’all have people waiting over two hours for four pizzas is ridiculous it is not my fault that they are understaffed and New way ahead of time that it was the deep roots festival and they are understaffed now I have three hungry children and it’s 10 o’clock at night and I’m having to go out in town and try and find something open in this little Podunk town to feed my kids! And then I have to wait for my money to come back on my card which puts me in a situation! It’s not even the point that I had to wait it’s the fact that this woman hung up on me with no apology no nothing no update and the fact that she was so rude and said OK and hung up on me I could understand if I was being hostile in any way shape or form which I was not but I am assistant manager at a fast food business and I would fire anybody that did that to any of my customers I order from Domino’s at least once a week but I promise you tonight is the last night that y’all will ever receive another penny from me or any of my friends! Also this is for the location in...
Read moreIf I could leave a ZERO I would. I placed a delivery order around noon today for a pepperoni pizza for my daughter. Sat and watched the status as it was being prepared. Waited for an HOUR before calling the store to find out where my order was. I was rudely greeted by Jala, who was also the one prepping my order, and was told that she called my phone to let me know they did not have a driver until 6pm. I told her no one called my phone to notify me. My phone did not ring. She then stated that it just rang and rang and went to voicemail. She is a liar. I asked to speak to her manager and she snottily stated 'SPEAKING.' I said I want your supervisor. She stated she does not have a supervisor, so I said I would be calling corporate. Jala, then, very rudely and snottily responded with 'HAVE FUN. BYE.' I will make sure to NEVER give my business to this store ever again and make sure my family and friends don't either. Poor service and employees who are...
Read moreI edited this review to 4 stars because the new management team is awesome.
I would do no stars if I could. I used to order Dominoes twice a week (plus a $5+ tip) when I lived in SC. I come here and can't order online, they won't answer when you call (it rings off the hook), they won't deliver to certain places (bc apparently some people in the neighborhood supposedly don't tip), and the management team just overall doesn't care about customer experience. I once asked if they had "pepperocini peppers, like banana peppers" and the manager said yes and gave me RED pepper FLAKES. I'm not sure who does the hiring, promoting, and training, but they need to change something. I will not be giving them any more chances, as I've only successfully been able to place an order once out of trying 9 times. The one time I did order was the pepper incident. There are too many options for me to beg a company to...
