Before I even start, I work at a restaurant and I know how it works and I try to give the Benefit of the doubt. I don’t know if there is something wrong with the app when ordering online or if it’s the people. However, every time I order there they always only give me half my order. The first time they were busy and the girl seemed new and I was running late for class so I just let it go, then it happened a second time and I was a little irritated. Today I ordered online, I ordered a coffee a ham egg muffin thing and two apple fritters. They almost forgot to give me the fritters again but I Checked this time. I asked for the fritters they came back and they said they only had one. Okay, fine. I ordered online it happens. I pull away and head for class. When I went to eat it I got a glazed donut and no apple fritter, I got some cinnamon donut. And the egg ham sandwich had no egg. Read moreI’ve been a Dunkin customer for about 6 years I visit Dunkin’s all over the place due to my husbands job . I get the same coffee every time . This place in general was rude . Not busy at all I sat at the drive thru order taker for about 5 minutes . When I pulled up they said “ Dunkin “ and I said hello tried to order and got cut off and told “ hold on a sec “ mind you I’m the only car in line . I order my coffee and “ large ice French vanilla with almond milk and espresso shot “ I paid for my coffee and no espresso shot was added even though I paid for it . Ive gotten this same exact coffee almost everyday for about 6 years . I had to go inside and I told the girl and she gave me one which makes me feel like this is a normal for this location charging people and not getting what you paid for ! As I’m inside I noticed it was fully staffed . So no reason for me to wait at the order taker for 5 minutes . The management needs to improve. I’ve been a General manager for 10 years I would never approve of this type of customer service ....
Read moreWas driving through with my kids on March 3rd, stopped to get some food and drinks while we rested inside. The worker was polite but very slow. I was understanding because there was 7 of us so one at a time we ordered. When the price came up it seemed a little high but I paid it. Before I could look at the receipt the worker said she owed me a refund. She over charged me for 6 drinks (she has to get the manager). They were extremely slow making our food and drinks but again I understood. Finally, the manager came out screaming at the employees, asked the lady that over charged me what she messed up now. She told the manager then the manager said fine now go and pushed her away. After I told her the only thing we still needed was a bagel and cream cheese, she went to the back a threw a bag with my bagel, the cream cheese, and a knife in it. The rest of the time the manager just walked around screaming at employees and customers for talking. She was also slamming chair everywhere. This woman hates her job...
