KFC — Restaurant in Millington

Eating out is a experience. I always wait for fresh hot chicken. Mr. Tommy was very courteous very pleasant. I had ordered at the store but had connections problems to submit my online order. He offered me a soda while I wait. He patiently tried to help with my phone and then just rung me up for the same discount as I would've for the online order. I watched him graciously interact with other customers with respect and professionalism. The only issue I have is that I didn't receive my Mac & Cheese, just another corn. My 8 piece was a 6 piece and my 12 piece was 11. He did give me biscuits that I had forgotten to order. Do to the awesome experience I wasn't upset. I do wish I would've gotten all that I ordered and wanted. My little girl loves the Mac & Cheese and another is a picky eater. So I did end up just cooking some Mac & Cheese but the chicken was hot and delicious. I always go to this location. The facility is clean and everyone is always friendly. After church (45 minutes away), I tried to order a 12 pc meal at the drive thru and I was told they didn't have it. I asked for an 8 pc meal and was told after a brief moment that I could get that. After paying & being asked to pull forward, I had about a 10 minute wait before they brought it out to my car. I did ask how do you run out of chicken and was told they'd just had a rush on chicken & needed to drop some more. To the company & management team, your location is ideal. You have at least 4-5 large churches within ¼ mile of you. Sunday after church will ALWAYS be a big day for you. You will have those church customers, in addition to those who are just passing by on hwy 51 and those coming from home to pick up lunch/dinner. The potential is phenomenal.

We visited this KFC location in Millington for the first time and were not completely satisfied with our visit. We ordered white meat but something told me to check the order before pulling off and low and behold the two girls had given all dark meat. I let them know that we had been given all dark meat and told them that person we were buying it for didn't like dark meat. The girl took the bag back and I could see her adding chicken to the box...but low and behold she did nothing but add another leg to the order. At this point, we just decided to leave because we figured that perhaps she didn't know what parts of the chicken was white meat or either she just didn't care that she was serving food that we didn't ask for.
