This has to be the most nasty unsanitary Chipotle I have ever visited!! When I entered the building and saw how nasty and empty the line was I knew then I should've left. No I proceeded to give them the benefit of doubt. The rice was so low that it was dry and hard after asking for fresh rice the manager tells the server to just grab some from the drive thru because she was busy making other items. The server grabs a cup of rice. As we proceed down the line she throws a couple of dried out pieces of chicken on my burrito disgusted. To top it all off when I asked for sour cream everything that was dropped in the sour cream I thought the sever was going to scoop it out and freshen it up, but noooooo she stirs all that trash up in the sour cream and puts it on my burrito!!!! That was my boiling point I nicely let her know that the establishment was too nasty and there was too much cross contamination for me and my unborn to consume. The servers response was "whatever!" The management is poor because the manager didn't say a word about how the server responded and the manager most definitely didn't care how the line looked! Read moreI went to location today with my daughter. I asked for a burrito and my daughter a bowl. I chose chicken for my meat. I thought it supposed to be a spoon full. The employee gave me six pieces. Then procced to give my daughter my other seven pieces of chicken. I told the employee that I didn't want the burrito. My daughter asked for more chicken. The employee said "they going to charge you for it." Why, when you didn't give her the proper amount of meat in the first place. My daughter told me it was only about five pieces left in the container. You couldn't give her that and chose to save it. We were the only customers in there. My daughter decided not to get the bowl and we left. This location do this when they are low on toppings. The first time I went there the fajita veggies were low and they gave the customer behind me three fajita veggies. He had to ask for more. What is wrong with these people? Just make more. We ordered four items from the Millington Chipotle, less than 3 miles away from our house, and they only delivered one singular burrito.
Missing completely were two steak quesadillas and a kids’ quesadilla, even though they were clearly on the receipt attached to the bag, and the bag said “1 of 1” so it wasn’t the delivery driver’s fault. Absolutely unacceptable.
When I tried calling the store directly, there was no way to get through to a human being at the actual location.
Instead, I got stuck talking to a pointless automated system and eventually got transferred to what clearly was a call center overseas.
I’m not kidding — they wanted me to explain my botched Chipotle order to someone who sounded like they were literally in an Indian call center.
It’s insane that Chipotle has made it impossible to resolve something as simple as a missing food item without outsourcing customer service across the planet.
The entire experience was incredibly frustrating.
