I would give it a zero if I could This was our first time coming and last time. They young two guys was nice the manger was VERY RUDE I ASKFOR A PIZZA THAT THEY HAD FOR 8.99 THAT I SAW REMIND YOU THIS OUR FIRST TIME AND I TOLD THEM THAT AND THEY SAID OK we didn't know we had to take the pizza home to cook it so I ask why are the taking pizza outside that look unhook and that's when he told me I ask could I get a refund and he said I'll have to call my boss because I don't know how I said ok he get on the phone and tell me THEY DONT GIVE REFUND AND SAID SIR I DIDNT KNOW AND HE HAVEN'T MADE THE PIZZA YET AND HE SAID IF YOU DONT TAKE THE PIZZA WHEN WOULD CALL THE POLICE AND WHICH HE DID ON US AND HE WAS VERY RUDE TO THE YOUNG GUY WHO WAS THERE THAT WAS ON THE PHONE HE WAS YELLING AND ThreadinG US ALL BECAUSE I WANTED MY MONEY BACK I NEVER WAS RUDE AND YOU CAN ASK THE OTHER PEOPLE THAT WAS THERE I STILL WILL LIKE TO TALK TO SOMEONE OVER HIM HE NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE Pizza so nasty no taste not that much topping never again... ...

I love Papa Murphy's pizza, but this location has really gone downhill. The staff is much less friendly than they used to have, they skimp on the toppings, and on one visit I was denied service and told they stop taking orders 30 minutes before closing. Tonight, I pretty much had to remake the pizza when I got home because the cheese was all piled in the middle, and I got maybe 2/3 the amount of pepperoni they used to put on. I have actually cut down my visits to this store in favor of making a frozen pizza at home, which...

Called the order in. Was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. I arrived 30 minutes later to be told the computer had dropped my order and I was the third one that this had happened to. She then told me I could get in line and place an order. I started to get in line and thought....I'm not waiting an hour for a pizza that I still have to cook. Very poor...
