I am super sad to be writing this. I love Sonic but my experiences recently here are in need of being told. First off, I pushed the button at the drive up screen and waited almost 20 minutes. I then noticed the car next to me had pulled in and they were talking to the staff inside. I could hear them say that they were not bringing food out to cars and that it was drive through only. I understand that with COVID and all, things are still messed up for whatever reason. The fact they didn't inform me though was kinda messed up. I had to hear them tell a car two spaces away who just got there. Ok, wasnt going to let it ruin my favorite burger. Ordered two burgers and a cherry limeade. Pulled up and paid, got the bag and started to pull away, when I realized it was the wrong order. The car behind me had already pulled up, so I pulled forward, parked, walked back and the girl laughed and took the bag I handed her and gave it to another customer. I had this bag in my car and pulled away from the building and brought it back. I could have done anything to that food. Anyway, they got my order and I went back to my car. The burgers were on buns that were stale. As in old, dry buns that were falling apart. I was so disgusted and mad that I knew if I went back, I would have made a scene I was so mad at that point. I took the burgers and started to drive home when I took a sip of the strawberry limeade they gave me. Yes cherry and strawberry are both red but come on! I had begged for sonic to reopen after they closed. I now hope they close up again. This was horrible. I tried doing the survey on the receipt and it wouldn't go through on my phone. Going back out to my car to get the receipt to try from the computer at home. This place is a disgrace, I never had a problem at a sonic in Florida when I lived there and was happy to have one near by. I will save my money and make my own food for the prices they charge and lack of service...
Read moreUsed mobile ordering. We indicate we’re waiting at stall 2. Screen even had our name on there. We waited 25 minutes, pushed button multiple times. No response. Drive thru line was long , finally See an employee come out so we ask him, then a girl walks out with an order, we say is that for Amanda stall 2? She says no and walks by us … to stall 2. She said Jen? I said no were Amanda, she said this is your food just wrong name. I ask why we waited so long- she says the stalls aren’t open. Well how would I know that??? The screen has been saying welcome Amanda, your order is on the way out…, for 25 minutes now. She proceeds to ARGUE with me. I said I want the food remade because the drinks are water now. She continues to argue with me , CUSSING, I said get me a manager . A Manager comes out, meanwhile she is steadily arguing running her mouth saying these drinks are fine. Shaking them at me. And saying what WE should’ve done since we waited so long. EXCUSE ME???? I let the manager know what we went through, he kept shaking his head at the girl. I said I either want a refund or everything remade. He asked which I wanted. I said remade but I do not want her touching my food . I also want the district manager or area managers name and phone number. 15 minutes later a different girl brings out our food and I say thank you. Can I have the district managers name and number. She gets smart and says I don’t know it. I said ok, can o get the store managers name and phone number. She turns and walks away and says yeah ok. Now there’s another customer who asked same thing because she has been sitting for a long time. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. That associate needs TERMINATED. She is an embarrassment to your brand.

Read moreI was just at this sonic and it was a bit busy which is to be expected on a Saturday afternoon but what I did not expect was all the issues. There were a handful of things wrong from start of placing my order I had to repeat a very simple order multiple times and I had asked about a specific thing which was then forgotten. I asked to add a pretzel to my order before it came out and when I got a response it was as if my original order was gone, I asked if they had it and they assassured me they did and then only brought out the pretzel Then finally got my other food and most was lukewarm and the drinks were forgotten. I was quite annoyed and decided to ask for a manager from there things went up! I have to say I was very impressed with the manager she was very kind and very apologetic, she did not hesitate to get the food remade fresh and offer a refund. While the initial impression was not good I surely will not downplay the professionalism and courtesy of the manager, so thank you. I will definitely give this one another chance seeing as my issue was above and beyond resolved. If this was a rating simply on management I would give it a 5, but the review is for overall...
