I frequent this location and while it has often been disorganized I was fond of searching the aisles for great deals. Tonight I was refused the use of a fitting room because they were short staffed while I watched two employees chat in the rows of clothing I would not be buying because I could not try them on. I was told fitting rooms always close at 8, OVER TWO HOURS before closing, which I know to be false as I get off work at eight and shop there almost weekly. So I hung up over one hundred dollars in sales on the return rack outside the dressing rooms I could not use, which leaves them with more work than they would have had if I could have tried on and purchased the items I wanted. You will continue to be short staffed as you will not reap the profits of clothing sales hung back up because we cannot try them on. Great business model. I'll be sticking with Marshalls...

I spent an hour choosing clothing to try on, with the intention of spending at least $100 on new pants that I desperately need. The fitting rooms were closed, and the two fitting stalls at the front of the store were occupied. I waited for little bit for the stalls to open, but they continued to be occupied. I half hazardously put my pile of clothes on the closest rack I could find, and I walked out without purchasing a thing. I had also planned to buy a few items for my home, and put them down too. This is not the first time that I have been unable to try on clothing in a convenient amount of time. I used to make purchases here on a weekly basis, but I will no longer. Got to Ross at 9:30 am trying to grab something real quick. Noticed another couple in line . After a while another set of women walked up. It’s about 9:40 at this point. I look inside to see two women laughing while looking at all the people lined up. So I called to see what time they thought they would be opening so I should know if I should keep waiting or not.They informed me they were running behind and didn’t know what time the store would be opening up.
