AMAZING is putting it lightly. I have not had this good of a meal in a very long time. It’s not even “fancy” food and I don’t think that’s what they’re trying to be - just really, REALLY good food. I had the creamy tomato basil soup which was honestly the best I’ve ever had, and the brick chicken which was incredible. We had Melissa as our server which made it all the more special. The ONLY critique I have is that the specials (which are a lot, but a good thing!), should be printed out as a separate menu instead of verbally presented. Maybe it’s just me but I cannot for the life of me remember all of those beautiful specials explained to me and so I resorted to the regular menu. (I did learn that they’re written on the blackboard that was behind me but I didn’t see them). Regardless, this was the most amazing meal I’ve had in a very very long time.

My wife and I had the pleasure of dining at Melissa's on Friday night, July 14th. The inside was full, so we took a table outside. The breeze felt good and the traffic wasn't loud at all. My wife got the coconut passionfruit margarita which she raved about. I got a Good Earth IPA, which was great. We split the snowflake buns which were delicious. They come with honey butter (for spreading) and olive oil (for dipping). My wife got the salmon stuffed with crabmeat and I got the NY strip sirloin. Both meals were excellent and both were served over a potato cream sauce. We were too full for any desserts. Melissa was our waitress and she couldn't have been better. Friendly. Knowledgeable. And customer attentive. I believe the man's name was Roy who greeted us and sat us. We will definitely be back and highly, highly, highly recommend.

I had the pleasure at dining at Melissa ‘s restaurant for the first time with some friends from our jazzercize group. I had the beet ,walnut , goat cheese and arugula salad ! It was delicious . The ingredients were so fresh and it was plated so pretty ! They also serve this amazing fluffy rolls along with choice of flavored butter and a herb oil . They had nice selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks . I had an after dinner frothy topped coffee and took home a piece of home made carrot cake. The meal I thought was reasonable but the dessert was on the pricey side. It was still a nice treat !! The staff was very professional and friendly . I look forward to going back and taking my husband .

I have dined out at countless establishments.

Melissa's is warm, friendly, and the limited seating adds to the appeal. Melissa's is a top 5 place to dine at.

My wife and I enjoyed a much needed date night and decided on Melissa's.

Our server was one of the owners, Melissa. She was AWESOME!! Evan was on point, as well.

My Grandmother was a waitress for 30 years. So, she is the barometer by which all servers are judged.

I made it a point to follow Melissa and Evan as they worked their way through the restaurant. Effortlessly navigating inbetween the tables with speed. Never once did I see either one of them write a single order down. And, they were able to rattle off the daily specials as well as any good pairings and recommendations.

The food was heavenly plated very well.

I tried a mint and cucumber cocktail. First time, ever, trying something like this and it was very, very satisfying.

The desert felt like home.

If you're in Millville and need somewhere to dine at. I HIGHLY recommend Melissa's. However, call ahead and make a reservation. My wife and I almost didn't get a table, because we didn't have a reservation.

The fact that Melissa's sat us, without one speaks to their dedication to the customer and their craft.

I wish Melissa's all the positive energy and success, in the world.

Support this small, local business. You will not be...
