For one I want to start we had a party of six and had a awful experience during our visit. For one when we placed a drink orderel just after being seated 8 whole mins elapsed before we got are drinks, which shouldn't have been that hard since 4/6 of us ordered waters and the other 2 a tea and a coke. That's not even the worst of it my main issue with the whole thing was that when I placed my order, I ordered a loaded potato soup and a side of asparagus both as my entire. So when I got my soup as a appetizer I was a bit surprised but before I had a chance to even say anything our server is already gone. So I'm left he waiting for the rest of my meal while we all just wait for everyone elses meal. By the time I get my asparagus I'm already done my soup because we have been waiting for our server for ever at this point which should up to hot drop refil drinks that we didn't ask for and was gone like the flash no weres to be flagged down. So this is were my problem comes in. The asparagus I had ordered are both under and over cooked, two were way to soggy and one wasn't even cooked at all!. I explained this to my party and we were going to bring it up with our server, but but she returned to ask this time if we wanted a refill my mother who answered said no but tried to bring up the facted that my food was cooked wrong didn't even get a chance as she just turned around and walked off when she heard no. When our server finally was here to ask if that was all I piped up and said no. She comes over and I tell her that for one my food was under and over cooked and when she heard that, cussed right in front of me saying oh shit and looking to not even care what so ever tell her I want my meal taken off we she does but the rudeneds and cussing not to mention the not even for a moment stop and take care of a party of 6 for more than a split second, mind you the restaurant was not that busy it was 6pm when we showed up. All in all awful service awful food quality, while not be coming back. The...
Read moreYesterday my husband and I decided to try Longhorn in Millville for the first time. I was very disappointed with my experience. When the waitress asked us for our drink order she told my husband â I didnât even hear anything you just saidâ which we thought was kind of rude. Then we placed our appetizer order (which came out at a decent time) and then our food order. We waited for about an HOUR for our food. Keep in mind my husband and I SHARED an entree because of how big the steak was. So ONE HOUR for ONE PLATE OF FOOD. I started to get frustrated because 2 tables that came after us already received their food and were already paying their bill. The waitress was âchecking inâ on the food every once in a while but said âthere is still one order ahead of youâ and âthe kitchen is backed upâ. The final excuse was that since I ordered my meat medium well it âtakes longer to cook.â The manager finally came over, with our food at that and says âIâm sorry for your wait is there anything else we can get you?â I tried to tell him about our wait and how everyoneâs order where coming out before ours and he was very dismissive and repeated â Is there anything else we can get youâ as if he did not want to listen to what I had to say. I think I really had it when the waiting did not pay off. Instead of enjoy our SHARED medium well steak that took âa little longer to cookâ, it was RARE or Medium Rare. The waitress asked if we wanted a box and I said NO because we didnât even ask for the meat to be cooked like that. She takes the steak back to them and comes back with the bill with 50% taken off. I donât think we will ever come back to...
Read moreI recently visited Longhorn Restaurant to celebrate my girlfriendâs birthday, and overall, it was a delightful experience. After a long day of hosting 3 open houses, we decided to unwind with some drinks and appetizers at this popular spot.
We started with their White Sangria, and it was a refreshing and delicious choice. The fruity flavors complemented the ambiance perfectly, setting the tone for the evening. For appetizers, we opted for the Wild West Shrimp, Artichoke Dip, and the Brussels Sprouts.
The Wild West Shrimp stood out among the three, with its succulent and flavorful taste. The shrimp was cooked to perfection, leaving us craving for more. The Artichoke Dip was accompanied by an abundant supply of chips, a pleasant surprise as some restaurants tend to skimp on portions. It was creamy and rich, making it an excellent dip for the chips.
On the other hand, the Brussels Sprouts were just okay. While they were prepared decently, they didnât leave a lasting impression on our taste buds. However, the shrimp and dip made up for this minor setback.
The atmosphere at Longhorn was warm and inviting, adding to the enjoyment of our celebration. We were well taken care of by an attentive bartender who regularly checked on us, ensuring we had everything we needed. The overall service was commendable, leaving us with...
