Signed up for just internet with Comcast for a rental property we have-then decided to add on cable after the fact a few days later-went to the Millville store to add this on and was told it would be $150/month for both (which mind you is a whole lot more than the $79.99/month advertised) but I accepted it. Bill comes and its over $175/month so decide to cancel the cable and go back to Hulu Live-I don't appreciate being lied to about what my bill is going to be. Go back to store today to cancel the cable portion starting on Saturday (we have tenants in there till Sat - it is an Airbnb) and to go back down to just internet which should have been $39.99/month. I am told I can't do $39.99/month, it is $49.99/month (btw it is advertised all over the place and on tv commercials that is $39.99) but no one seems to be able to authorize that price. They also canceled the cable that wasn't supposed to be canceled until Saturday and now my tenants don't have cable-pretty sure this was done intentionally to be vindictive as I was not happy. Pretty incompetent group of people that work there-it really is no surprise how despised Comcast is as a company, their customer service...
Read moreI have to give Comcast one star for being consistent, every single thing they do is messed up every time. I just wanted to take my $230 a month Comcast bill and just get 300 a second internet. Oh but I'm a customer of Comcast so it's going to be $130 I don't get the $45 deal that a new customer would get I need to pay $130 for it. So I asked for my service to be canceled on my next anniversary date and they canceled it that day. So I called Verizon they were nice enough to get out in a couple days and give me 300 a second $35 a month internet. I told my tenant about this and he said yeah I hate Comcast I'm going to get rid of them too and have another company just give me internet for streaming. Still all in all I do need to admit that Comcast is really consistent at just screwing everything up you ask them to do. I have dozens of other examples of things that Comcast messed up over the years I felt forced to use them for my service. And by the way how come $230 a month for Content that 40% of the content are commercials...
Read moreI decided to go visit this location and take advantage of the opportunity to get a mobile phone from Xfinity. Once I got there I was immediately greeted with a friendly and helpful smile Xfinity associate, I believe his name was Brandon. I had a wonderful experience while deciding on what plan and phone I needed. He was very knowledgeable and that was very comforting to me because I am not Savvy with technical stuff. I had to come back to finish the process of setting my phone up and Justin helped me. He was very very helpful, had a sense of humor, and was very engaging. These two gentlemen know how to build relationships with people which is refreshing this is why I rather go into the brick and mortar store then talk with people on the phone at Comcast. Overall the store was clean, safe and welcoming. I am very happy with my phone pixel 8. Please forgive me if I am incorrectly naming...
