YoGo Factory Frozen Yogurt of Millville — Local services in Millville

This is one of my favorite place. But the employees are very terrible. My first bad experience was one year ago, the girl was in her phone talking about the customers. Four months later I went and other girl she also was in her phone, the toppings areas was empty and we ask for fruits and she said no fruits.

Today I went at 9 with my family, my husband enter after me they close at 9:30 and the girl was rolling her eyes when my husband came in and I saw her. She was rushing and texting in her phone.

The saddest part is she was attending an elderly woman without patience. After they are at the cash register, another old man enters and began to make comments of discomfort without knowing that it was the husband of the old woman who was attending.

When the old woman left, she dropped her spoons and pretended to try to help her, then said behind her back "seriously."

This was our first time experiencing this place and we will be going back. It's self serve frozen yogurt along with a toppings bar. They about 12 flavors of frozen yogurt to pick from (which you can taste a sample first if undecided) then you proceed to the topping bar where they have candies, sprinkles, sauces, whipped cream, and tons of choices. You can buy it by the weight or a flat rate for a cup with anything you want. We were the only customers at that time and it was quiet. They had a movie on which my daughter was into so that was cool. Plus they are open on the late side, I think until 930 which is great for stopping by after shopping at the mall. It was about...

The person working was miserable. “J”just stared at us , perched on her stool by the register. I attempted to use a topping that was 95% empty. After the worker watched me for 3 mins without offering assistance I asked if there was any more available?. The counter help didn’t move and said nope “we didn’t get a truck.”. I went to try dry ingredients. I asked “ do we use these spoons to get ingredients ourselves?” “Yeah” was the wonderful answer I was given., then returned to picking her nails sitting on her stool. When paying for my yogurt. I requested a receipt and I was told that they “don’t give receipts”. Really? ...
