Five Guys — Restaurant in Millville

When they opened their grand opening, everything was top notch. HOWEVER ---- Since then , the following issues: Older ( cold) fries were mixed with the fresh ones. Same problem with the Galloway NJ branch.

The next week when I re-visited the Millville, NJ branch and told them about the cold fries. This time, the fries were hot, but VERY GREASY AND WAY OVERLY SALTED. Way too salty. ALSO--The double cheeseburger was VERY VERY VERY GREASY. Tables weren't that clean. Workers seemed sad, apathetic. It's a shame that Five guys went so down hill. I used to be a regular customer and a big tipper.

I decided to revisit 5 Guys on 11/18/24 to see if they had improved. Fortunately, both the food, and the service improved immensely. Keep up the good work

I have been here twice with my friend and my mom and I have to say this is probably one of the best burger joints I have ever been too. The customer service here is really friendly and I cannot recall having any irritation with the cashier any time I visited. I also really like the look and feel of the place. It has a very chill and calm feeling which is mainly due to the design of the interior. Of course I also need to point out the overall value of the food they serve here. I had a generic bacon cheeseburger here twice and for how basic the meal was, it tasted anything but it. It felt like heaven was overflowing in my mouth. Same deal with the fries. Sure the food is a bit pricey, but in my opinion it is totally worth it. Would definitely recommend to anyone who could go for...

First time eating at 5 Guys. Walking into the restaurant, they greet you right away. That was a plus. I told the guy it was my first time he explained the menu to me, that was really nice. The bathroom was nice and clean. Loved the peanut box at the entrance. Took the food to go. When I got home and opened the bag, it was FULL of extra fries. I ordered my burger 1 patty wrapped in lettuce no bun so I can try. As soon I bite into it, I can taste the WELL SEASONED patty. DELICIOUS. Fries are great also, but I couldn't finish them. Had a leftover bowl. It was a special occasion, so I didn't mind spending almost $30 for 2 burgers and one order of fries. That would be something I would only do on special occasions.
