Bad service and felt treated. Ordered to-go and my kids were excited to get toys from gashapon machines while waiting for pizza. Put 4 quarters in but our money was swallowed without getting the toy. Ok, it happens sometimes. I talked to the employee of the store but was told”it is not our business and we put a sign saying you with your own risk”. I realized that there was s sign on the exchange machine about it. If I did not do the exchange how I could know?! And sounds not only our money was swallowed and this happens all the time. The store employee gave me a phone number to call. What am I gonna do with a phone call? Waiting someone to come to fix it and how long I need to wait in the store? Anyway I tried. The guy on the other side of the phone responded that it was not his machine. Went back to the store employee and he gave me another number. Called again but nobody picked up the call... Is this right? Very disappointed and I will not...
