Potato Corner — Restaurant in Milpitas

I visited Potato Corner a few weeks ago, and I really enjoyed the food when it was prepared well. However, I noticed a few areas for improvement during my visit. While I was waiting for my order, some employees seemed to be distracted and were engaging in inappropriate conversations. Unfortunately, when I asked for my order, it appeared that they had forgotten it.

Additionally, I found that the overall cleanliness of the place could use some attention; it looked a bit unkempt. I also overheard the manager expressing some negative opinions about certain customers, which didn't create the best atmosphere.

Overall, I believe that with some focus on professionalism and cleanliness, Potato Corner could enhance the dining experience significantly. The food is great, and I’d love to see the service match...

The restaurant in Great Mall, Poteto Corner serves the meal which was fried in the same oil which was used to fry chicken or any kind of meat. I have meat allergy and does not eat. Upon asking to the manager, he got rude and said “eat it man, it’s always been like this.” And made fun of me. He also used bad words against me while I was asking simple questions about store manager and store owner. This restaurant looked very dirty and did not wash their utensils for days. Love coming here for potato corners! Haven’t been awhile and had a craving for their fries with BBQ flavor! It’s a bit different compared to back then with employees, packaging, atmosphere.

But of course, the fries were freshly hot and crispy! That’s a plus and the BBQ was a bit lacking from when I first had it when it was opened! I guess due to flavor ingredient adjustments or somewhere along the lines, but totally didn’t bother me at all as I enjoyed eating it! Definitely soothes...
