4 workers just chattered away while we were struggling with their silly ordering app. Not even a hi. Not even offer to help. I think they don’t need the business or customers. I think it’s terrible to just order by app and completely avoid any customer engagement. (Note - they don't have an app in the app store / no rewards. We wasted a bit time looking for the app too)

Cutesy tea store that also sells fried food. The takoyaki here is better then most I've been too that isn't a sit down restaurant. Tea on the other hand was a miss for me. Maybe just the flavors I got but was mid. Ok value but can't stress enough how good the takoyaki was here.

I visited this great mall and ordered three teas, a guy was preparing it and served it later. He had no sense of hospitality to customers. He had a list of orders, he asked all the customers waiting outside in the line to wait for a long time until he completed making the orders.

His responses were very arrogant. Waste of time. No sense of hospitality and...
