we just came into this store and this lady with the short haircut did not want to help at all, we asked if she had any rose gold dresses and she said “uh no we dont.” it would’ve been nice to see something similar and other options if she had offered but we just continued to look around. we finally found a dress we were content with and were walking to the dressing room and she had the audacity to asked what happened to my mom, my mom has a limp and to be quite frank it’s no one’s business to see what happened. you shouldn’t ask people who have an injury what happened unless they tell you first. she wasn’t welcoming to us at all and to ask that when we’re walking to a fitting room like you connected with us doesn’t sit well with me. then she’s just staring at me the whole time my mom is trying on the dress and isn’t trying to ask questions or anything. it’s awkward and uncomfortable the whole time. we decided to leave cause it’s just a weird interaction overall and i hang up the dress nicely and as we’re leaving she decides to make another comment saying “since she didn’t like it can you bring the dress to me.” if she would’ve been nice and welcoming to us since the beginning i would’ve been more than happy to and would’ve brought it to her once we were done so she wouldn’t have to ask, but when there’s no respect why do i have to do your job and fetch clothes from the dressing room for you. it’s a very upsetting situation and hope you guys don’t treat people like this. especially when i was the one that recommended this place to my mom and for her to be asked that. if i could leave 0...
Read moreI came to try on wedding dress two days in a row. The first day with my fiancé and the next day with my whole family. Both times I had the best experience. My fiancé and I came in on a Saturday around 11 or 12 and it’s the best time to go because the store was mostly empty. We were greeted by I think her name is Elizabeth after checking the other reviews and she was so sweet. She gave us the perfect amount of attention, she helped me zip up and button the dresses when I needed, grabbed me a veil, and fluffed the train when I was looking the mirror. She was so patient when we’d pull more dresses and she knew exactly when to take the dresses I was done with and rotated with the new ones we grabbed. This is only the second place we went to and we got my dress here because of our experience with her. After I said yes to the dress she gave us the sign and bouquet to take pictures with and explained the whole process of coming back two months before our date to get the dress serviced. I was initially worried about coming to a mall to buy my wedding dress but after the experience with Elizabeth I felt assured we were in...
Read moreHIS PLACE WAS INCREDIBLE!!!!! After a long day of hunting for wedding dresses at some of the top bridal stores in the Bay Area we decided to stop here, because there was no appointment needed since we came in around 3pm on a thursday. I was able to find many gorgeously designed dresses reasonably priced just for me! Elizabeth, my sales associate, made my experience incredible. Not only did she grab dresses for me in multiple sizes, colors, and styles she did it with a smile on her face. I could tell she was genuinely excited for me, and she really made me feel like a special princess. I was comfortable, I felt like my opinion mattered, and she strived to find me that ONE amazing perfect dress. Once I fell in love with a dress she even helped me find incredibly designed veils to match. Thank you Elizabeth and Cammiles Dresses for the amazing experience!!! The memories made there I will never forget and the memory I will make wearing my special dress as I get married will be even more...
