After a sleepless overnight nearby, I was in need of ¡CAFFEINATED COFFEE!—the sooner, the better. My first opportunity was this amazing fast-food restaurant; an empty parking lot made me unsure if it was open or not. How pleasing it was upon finding the door easy to open. As the first walk-in customer, I asked a very easy question “¿Do you have coffee?” and was directed to an electronic kiosk to amplify my order. The brekkie meal was a quesadilla with bacon, and included a coffee—the extra nutrition was certainly needed. As the only customer in a still-empty spotless space, I made myself at home at a table with stools, where I could see my loaded “FrankenBike” awaiting my return. The servers were extremely professional, efficient and courteous with anybody who walked through doors or the drive through, as to be expected. As soon as my order arrived, the marked brown paper bag was completed with napkins/condiments and handed to me. I stopped very briefly at the soda fountain to fill my water bottle with ice, then settled in, slowly emptying the bag, placing the items in a logical eating sequence and slowly consuming cheesy pieces. How satisfyingly filling this delicious food was—it certainly gave me the energy needed to cycle another 17 miles/27kms North, though I kept my eyes open for more ¡CAFFEINATED COFFEE! I definitely give the specific TACO BELL and its employees my coveted “¡Wheel...
Read moreI took a sip of my small drink which I ordered Sierra Mist. But when I took my first sip, it tastes like water. So I took another drink and yes it was water. It was so disappointing that simple instruction like a soda which is a Sierra Mist drink that i ordered from the drive tru, they gave me a small drink of water. I went back and informed the cashier that they gave me a water instead of Sierra Mist. The other cashier interrupted the conversation and mention to me that “ what would you like to do, we need to tastes it for you?” That’s awful. That’s what she mention in her microphone. So what I did I went to the window and waited for the mean cashier. She asked me same question if what I want, and I was still talking and she slammed the window. She tasted the drink before she was suppose to offer, and mention that they don’t have Sierra Mist. First of all, she was rude to answer a customer. She was disrespectful. If only she apologize and offered a better choice. Before I end up my bad comments for tonight, her name is “Analeah” according to her, but she don’t have a name tag. Lady, before you disrespect your customers, It’s the customers rights to complain and you need to apologize and be respectful. Fix the way you serve drinks and meals. Not by rushing only and...
Read moreAn excellent place to grab a bite. Service is always super fast, and I have never had a messed up order. The seating is spacious and the bathrooms are accessible at any time.
The parking lot is very large, but unfortunately if you go through the drive-thru line, the exit deposits you directly onto the road again, with no option to return to the parking lot, unless you go back out on the road and flip back into the parking lot, forcing you to make an illegal driving manuever in the process. I don't know if Taco Bell hates its customers, or just prefers you to hang out in the parking lot for a while BEFORE you order, but I find this clear-cut decision, meaning that this set-up could not have been some kind of engineering mistake, of creating a drive-thru like this simply atrocious.
Why a business would create a gigantic parking lot, with enough space to store approximately 50 cars, while they have at most 5 workers there on any given day, just to force everyone who uses a car to obtain their food back out onto the road with no option to return to the drive-thru unless they dart swiftly into two opposite-moving lanes of traffic and back, is...
