I was delighted to find Apani Royal Kitchen so close to our place in the Milpitas. Authentic North Indian flavors are hard to come by here, but this place truly exceeded expectations. We enjoyed the food so much that we have now become regulars here. We enjoyed chole bhature, samosa chaat, soya chaap, paneer tikka and Amritsari kulcha—each as good as I’ve had back in Delhi. This is a food truck located in a big parking lot. The food they serve is absolutely delicious. Two brothers from Delhi own the truck, they cook and serve. Amazing hospitality and service with a warm heart and smile. We have tried several things, and visited them during busy and not busy times, service attitude is very inspiring. You don’t mind even if they take a bit of time (which mostly they are very quick)- almost everything has a homely taste, feel but deliciously prepared. Such a delightful find! This place instantly reminded us of home 💕 the food is pure Punjabi soul food. Every bite tastes fresh, comforting, and made with genuine love. The owners are incredibly sweet and welcoming, which makes the whole experience even better👌

What I absolutely loved was how they served us bhature one hot and fluffy at a time, so you never end up with a stack going cold. It felt like being pampered at home 🥲
