When I first walked in I was greeted by the staff. Note this is a family owned restaurant and they all made me feel at home. Warm and open seating plans available. Beautiful dining room as well. I got to my table as I was alone, and decided to order the Mixed Appetizers and Cunda Shepherd Salad. (I am not a big salad person, and I absolutely loved it. The herbs and spices were spectacular.) For the Main Course I went with the Grilled Kofte (Turkish Style Meatballs). The plating was beautiful and lived up to the looks. Our son’s meal took even longer — over an hour to arrive (we had ordered meatballs for him). The chef personally came to apologize sincerely, which we appreciated, but unfortunately nothing really changed as a result. There was no salt or pepper on the tables, and we had to ask three times before we finally got some salt. We also reminded them twice to refill our water, but it never came. As for the food itself — I ordered the lamb sauté, which was completely bland. We had to fight quite a bit to get salt just to make it edible.
