Me and 2 friends came to location on Tuesday July 22nd at around 9:50-9:55 and after we started eating our food at around 10:20 pm this younger female employee started yelling at everyone in the store to "get up get up get up. Everyone needs to get up and leave, I have to clean." and she did this about 3 times. It was in an extremely rude matter as well. On the McDonald's website it says that the lobby is open until midnight, on google it says open til 11:30. It was 10:20 and there was no reason at all for this employee to act in this manner. Given, I know it is a McDonald's and you aren't expecting flawless service, but that is not why I had an issue, the service though subpar is what you expect. Getting yelled at by an, I don't know, 16 year old girl (???) to "get up" and "leave" is just not how you treat paying customers. We eventually did leave, having to force ourselves to eat faster to not inconvenience this employee who is clearly the greatest McDonald's employee ever and needs to be places so urgently. She told other guests to leave with their food even though they hadn't even received it yet. She also did this in front of a father and his 2 young children who were maybe not even 7-8 years old. Just awfully embarrassing. I worked a fast food service job when I was younger so I understand how it can be dealing with late night closing shifts especially after most of your shift is over and you are close to leaving, but this is really no way to ever act, whether it be McDonald's or Ruth Chris. Every other employee was fine, it was just that one employee making the rest of them look bad. I really hope the management looks into this because it was a terrible look for...
Read moreI came by the drive through to order a Jr. Mac they had for a limited time special and fries. I asked the lady were the fries fresh, and she responded-yes. I get my order, and of course the fries are not fresh. I hand the fries back to the lady in long braids at the window and she and her Spanish supervisor proceeds to eat the fries in front of me as they waited for fresh fries to come out. Not only does the lady in the long braids eat the fries, but she than busts out some sauce and begins to dip the fries and eat some more. I was so appalled because these people now have dirty hands and are handling my food-which is disgusting- and so her sauce hands gets on the bag with the fresh fries in it-
I drove off and started to eat my burger-which tasted like paper- the bread was so stale- and tough, I just turned right back and brought my items back - asked for my money back and a general manger to speak with. I spoke to a Donovan and explained what happened and I asked for the store manager, Edwin. I left a message for the store manager as to the health risk and disgust of his employees- I left a message for this man, and he never returned my call- Please avoid coming to this store.. If they can eat in front of you, they are eating your food in the back where you can't see them either.. This was my worse nightmare-employees sticking their hands and eating the customer's food-and this is not ok. This is how hepatitis spreads....
Read moreOne of the worst experiences I have had at McD's. We used the screen to order and it asked us to grab a table tent so they could bring the order to us. It was hard to find a table because tents were at so many tables with no one sitting there and nearly every table was dirty. Turns out they call your number on the ticket, not the tent number and they don't bring the food to you. It was confusing they called a different number than we thought we were and we were waiting for them to bring it to us (what else is the purpose of the tent?). This explains why there were tents on so many tables no one was sitting at.
When we ordered, it only showed Coke was in stock and all other soft drinks were out of stock. I figured we would get the cups and fill it ourselves. There was no soda machine in the front (I guess it was being replaced), so Coke is what we got.
We placed our order to eat in and it came in a bag.
The staff was not friendly. One of them had a very obvious bad attitude. Even when I politely asked her for something, she just pointed and motioned without any words. I thanked her and got no response.
The food quality was okay, but not very warm.
This McD's used to be one of the better ones. I don't go to any of them much anymore because quality has gone downhill...
