This as low of a rating as I can give this place. They make mistakes all the time. I have been in the buisness 30 years and have never seen this many mistakes as I have going here. We have tried letting them know and have tried getting it fixed and they repeatedly make mistakes. Even when fixing a messed up order they mess up again. So we then try and fix it with the corporate office and now they say not to come back because we have tried repeatedly have had to call yo get these things fixed and now their district manager tells us it's our fault and not to return to this location. Word of advise McDonald's if this is how you are now serving and treating your customers you may want to rethink your whole buisness model. Oh and your latest venture of the fresh cooked burgers you serve med rare burgers and then try to tell people when they call you on it that it's fine and you will be ok. A few words to know McDonald's remember jack in the box and what happened when they served under cooked meat. Just think all of this simply because we spend over 20 to eat there and everytime they mess up the order and then can't handle that people get upset. I arrived at ~9:30AM - and I'll admit I was a little out if it, very tired and a bit hung over from the night before - and the lunch menu was displayed in the drive thru. Assuming it was because lunch was being served (I didn't look at the clock because I assumed I could trust the menu), I ordered my usual - a #3 no pickle no onion. I was told, in a very terse tone, that there's no pickle or onion on that item. But it's a burger? So I ask what she means. The conversation goes as follows: Me: "What do you mean?" She: "We're serving breakfast right now!" Me: "But the lunch menu is up..?". She repeats herself, voice rising, so I clam up and just pull around to avoid an argument or a breakdown since my head is killing me. I ended up just leaving and haven't been back since. Granted, she was right: lunch isn't until about 10. But she took my genuine confusion personally and unnecessarily escalated the situation, one that wasn't really an issue at the beginning. Well YOU FAILED! I will never return.
#1 Today I yet again ordered a #2 with ketchup and onions only. I received 1 that was mustard, pickles and onions (the tag says no ketchup and no onions... couldn't even match a label!) of coarse this is the first burger I bit into (shame on me for not reading both labels). I proceeded to check the second burger... surprisingly it was correct!
#2 My husband ordered a Maple Bacon Dijon Artisan Chicken Sandwhich with no onions... he was given a Sweet BBQ Bacon Chicken Sandwhich with no onions. Yet the label did not match!
At this point it was far too late in the night to return as it is Monday night at 10pm! Furthermore I will waste more GAS than then what the burger was worth...
