The worst. Do not waste your time or money. Drive thru speaker was so warped that I couldn't hear the counter person. After waiting 10 minutes to get my order taken I was told to pull around to the front of the building without being told why. I get around and there's 10-15 cars literally waiting on food from the drive thru. I waited 25 minutes for a burger, chicken nuggets, small fries & onion rings. After seeing no one come out with anyone's food and after watching 2 people pull up, go into the lobby and come out with food I decided to wait no more, got out in the rain to get a refund. When I got into the lobby, there were 7-8 people angrily waiting for their food. I saw part of the hold up. They literally had all of our drive thru orders sitting. They were filling each drive thru order and waiting until they were all done to bring them out all at once. The problem with that is people are steady coming thru the drive thru so they will never be able to bring out the food which is exactly what happened. Meantime everyone's food is getting cold and people kept waiting. I asked the counter person for a refund. She told me that my food was being bagged. It has now been 35-40 minutes waiting. I told her that I didn't want it because the food has been sitting too long and so have I. I handed her my credit card and she gave it to the manager. The manager heard me and starts a loud rude rant on how she's not going to rush and give herself a heart attach for anyone. When did them being behind become my fault? She left my card in the drive thru area and stormed into the back. Now I'm livid and I'm demanding my credit card back. Manager comes out and says " do you want this refund or what" like she's doing me a favor by giving MY MONEY back for food that I DID NOT receive. I lost it at this point and we started to argue. She told me she's not my child and she will take her time with my refund. I told her that if she didn't throw a fit like a 3 year old and run off she could have processed my refund 10 minutes ago when I asked for it. It's now 45 minute's that I've been at Burger King with no food. She finally processed my refund and gave me my card. She cursed me out and called me a name on my way out of the door. The entire time this horrible exchange is going on I was ready to physically defend myself because of how beligerant she was. I was not sure if she was even going to give my card back. The other employees were scared and motionless. The other customers in the lobby were getting upset because if how she was treating me and the fact that we were all waiting STILL WITHOUT RECEIVING OUR FOOD!!! The Lady next to me was complaining and waiting because her entire order was wrong. This Burger King is a big disgrace. People don't deserve to be treated that way to give Burger King their money. I'm not " For Anybody" as this rude ridiculous manager described me. I am " For Customer" and should be treated with respect and dignity. Thru all of this, the counter person bagging the food was the ONLY person that apologized about the wait and everything else. The Manager never even hinted at being sorry and pretty much blamed all the customers for her being inadequate at her job. I really hope the owner or district manager sees this post. I'm very willing to speak to them. No one should have to damn near have to get into a fight over a burger. I also filled out the survey and told this story. Let's see what...

Then when we got to the window we asked if she got our order for the applesauce, she very rudely told us "we don't have applesauce", my husband said the sign says applesauce, again she rudely repeated "we don't have applesauce" and close the window in our face. Then she told us how much everything was which we thought it sounded like too much for what we ordered so we asked her to repeat back what we had ordered, and instead of repeating the order back she just handed us the receipt and told us to move up. While we were going over our receipt she came back to the window very rudely and told us to move up and they're bringing our order out. After reviewing the order on the receipt I noticed that she added a apple pie which we did not order we ask for applesauce, also we ordered a four piece chicken nugget kids meal and she added a 10-piece chicken nugget which we did not order. My husband went inside to let her know that there were things on the receipt that we didn't order and we wanted our money back. She then begun to argue with him and try to justify her mistakes. I arrived there around 8:20pm and the lobby was closed when normally most places close it at 9pm. Again, I was given no explanation by the employees other than get in the slow moving drive through line which was remarkably open this timeš¬(See earlier review). The drive through line moved super slow and when I finally made my order, they inevitably got my order wrong. My food was as cold as the customer serviceš. A piece of advice from someone who has been in customer service for over two decades: Get new management or new employees who understand you're representing a brand that has been around for decades. Have some pride for the work you do. Please remember, without customers, you would have no job to go too. Please train your staff to be professional and classy when dealing...
