Okay, listen up, pizza people. I'm about to drop a review that's hotter than your ovens should be, but sadly, my pizza wasn't. Let's start with the wait. Two and a half hours?! I could've learned Italian and hand-tossed my own masterpiece in that time. And the detour? I watched my pizza tracker do the scenic route, taking a fifteen-minute pit stop at another restaurant. Maybe the driver was craving tacos? Who knows, but my stomach wasn't craving disappointment.
Speaking of disappointment, let's talk temperature. When that pie finally arrived, it was about as lukewarm as a handshake from your least favorite relative. The cheese wasn't even melted evenly, it looked like it went through a cheese-related meltdown during that mystery detour. The crust? Forget crispy, it was soggy and sad. The toppings? Honestly, I couldn't even tell what they were anymore. Maybe they sympathized with the state of the pizza and jumped ship.
Look, Domino's, I get that mistakes happen. But two and a half hours, a mystery detour, and a fridge-temperature pizza? That's not a mistake, that's a culinary crime. You know what would've been faster? Sending me a carrier pigeon with a note saying "we messed up." At least then I could've used the note to start a fire and pretend I had some warmth with my cold, lonely pizza.
So, Domino's, save yourself the bad reviews and invest in some GPS trackers that actually work, drivers who know the meaning of "direct route," and ovens that, you know, heat things up. Otherwise, you're gonna have a lot more hungry and hangry customers like me leaving you one-star reviews that are colder...
Read moreTerrible customer service!!!! Staff was rude and disrespectful. Waited over 30 min for curbside and no one came out at all. Called and no one answered the phone. So I went inside to simply tell them that I needed my order. I was met with a extreemly rude girl that stated she wouldnt even listen to me because I didnt have a mask. I told her I ordered curbside and was not planning on coming into the store to begin with and would not have if they actually did their part. She then said to another coworker that she would cuss me out if she wasnt working. At this point I cussed her out and when another curbside customer came in (who was also waiting for over 30 min) also started to yell at this girl the manager finally came up and gave us our orders. Now I am not apposed to wearing masks and normally have an extra in my car, however when I order curbside Im not thinking about if I have my mask because the whole point is NOT to go into the store. Also I went in to simply tell her I have been waiting for over 30 minutes because they didnt answer their phone and cleared my order already from their system. I would have been happy to return to my car if she would have said Im sorry I will bring that right out to you. I have always used dominos and other locations are wonderful, but this location needs...
Read morePlaced my order for carryout online at 1203am as I was leaving work. The app said they were open til 1am. The app took my order, charged me and status updated that David was preparing my order. A few minutes later it said my order was in the oven, estimated time to be ready was 1215-1225am. I pulled up at 1216am to wait until the order was ready. Then I got a phone call from the store that said they closed early due to short staffing and that my order was cancelled. I understand that happens….But turn off your order system for this location. Turn off the OPEN sign on the store. So who updated the status that it was being prepared and in the oven? The girl on the phone said it wasn’t in the oven. Why did it take 15min to call me to tell me my order was cancelled? Used to be great service here… but lately it’s gone downhill fast. The status updates don’t get done…. Several times the status sits on “preparing” for 20-25min then all of a sudden it’s done and ready? What’s going on here? The last time I came to pickup, the door was locked. There are two doorbells…. I pressed both repeatedly, several employees visible but not a single one looked up. I had to pound on the door to get noticed. Wonder if anyone from Dominos will reply to this...
