Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Milwaukee

Wish I could give them zero stars for service. We ordered delivery. They arrived and parked at bottom of driveway. Called me to come out to the street to get it. Proceeded to have me open the passenger car door and grab everything out myself. It was four pizzas, bread sticks and lots of sauces. I was struggling to get all the boxes out of the warming bag. She never helped me and then said oh and your sauces poured all over, just reach back and get them. Now I am trying to collect all the sauces while I am struggling to keep hold of the pizzas. I dropped the sauces several times again in the street as they were not in a larger bag or tied and just kept felling. I asked her how I was supposed to get all this in by myself and she just goes "oh, sorry." And continued to watch me struggle trying to close the car door. I asked if this is how they handle delivery and she said "sometimes." I am seriously shocked at their customer service and will never order again. Sitting in front of my pizzas was a bag full of cigarette butts. The pizza boxes reeked of smoke and had to be tossed out immediately as my house began to smell as well. I order pizza all of the time from this Dominos. My last order was July 20th and the pizza I received was absolutely horrible. My cheesey bread was extremely burnt which I have photos of it. I also ordered a double cheese pan pizza. I did not receive double cheese. My cheese was on the top of the box and about 4 slices did not have cheese on them. I called the store and spoke to the Manager Mercedeswho was extremely rude by the way. I let her know about the situation and that I love dominos because the pizza is soooo good and I said I would bring it back but I have my children and it's 10 at night plus I paid delivery. She stated that it was nothing she could do and for me to call 1800 dominos. I asked her what the number was outside of the dominos, she told me real catty it's 1800 dominos spell the dominos out on your keypad and she hung up on me after I said she wasnt a good manager. I then called corporate the next day corporate told me that that dominos was a franchise and someone would be getting back to me! Placed an order last evening at 3:45pm. Approximate delivery time was 1 1/2 hours or so. I waited until 6 to see if my order was being delivered. No updates whatsoever. Waited another half hour and called the store phone number. Noone picked up. Called at least another 4-5 times and no-one answered the phone. How can a store run if no one is answering phone calls?!?! It doesn't matter how busy you get, someone answer the damn phone!! I was actually calling in to cancel my order and asked for a refund instead but couldn't even do that since no one wanted to pick up the telephone. Not sure who the owner is, but I would definitely reevaulate his managers and employees. Totally unacceptable for a business. If this kind of service keeps up, it defintely wont last long. I hope the owner sees this review. My pizza was delivered 3 hours later by the way if you were wondering right around 7:30pm. Never doing business again. 0 stars if i could.
