Me and my partner go to this location all the time and things have been off that we have let slide but today’s experience was one of the worst. We ordered 2 large pumpkin late with no whip and a coupl breakfast wraps. On the menu you get to choose your protein and we asked what proteins are to choose from and the Chaucer did not understand the question (which is very confusing). She apologized over the intercom which I then gave her the benefit of the doubt(maybe she had a bad day) when we got to the window lady had one of the worst attitude that I’ve ever seen from this location. She then proceeded to give us two medium pumpkin spice lattes (asked for a large)and the lattes did not have foam, the sandwiches that we asked for she just handed it to us using her index and thumb (as if the bag had germs) and internationally did not want to look at us at all and when we open the bag the napkins were bald up as if they were already used. All of this because she did not know what a protein was??? I ordered a dozen donuts and a coffee on the app. I got there to pick up and was told they did not have any of the donuts I ordered. They only had vanilla long johns and vanilla sprinkles. I told them to just give me those then. Then I was told they didn't even have enough donuts to fulfil a dozen. I told them to just give me a refund then. They said they were unable to give me a refund in the store and said I had to call customer service for a refund. So I called customer service when I got home and they were closed. The message said to either call back during business hours or send an email. So I sent an email with the gist of the situation and a photo of my receipt and asked them to process the refund. The auto email I got back said I would receive a reply within 48 business hours. I sent the email Friday evening and didn't hear back until yesterday afternoon. They asked AGAIN for a summary of the experience, the date and amount of the transaction, and any applicable screen shots, all of which were provided in the first email. I have had to do an awful lot of work to get my own money back for something that was completely out of my control. At this point they can just keep the $13.49 because it's not worth my time anymore. Read moreI'm not one to leave reviews at all , but i'm absolutely disappointed in the younger employees working on JAN 1st , 2025 .
first of all , the young man running the register had earbuds in , and was very obviously not paying attention to when i was telling him my order . secondly , when my order was " done " - my sourdough breakfast sandwich was uncut ( i have 9 teeth missing , i don't ask for it to be cut because i'm arrogant ) and they forgot our donut .
when my partner and i went up to ask politely to remedy the situation , all three individuals - who were all younger - ( two feminine and one masculine ) shot us nasty looks .
when i bit into my sourdough breakfast sandwich , the bread was hard , as if it was stale / soiled .
i have had nothing but positive experiences when i arrive in the morning ( 8 am - 10 am ) , but i have consistently had issues / run - ins with the younger men and women working this dunkin ( 1 pm - 4 pm ) , and that's always mid / later of the day . this location needs to do a better job of teaching these young individuals how to respect customers regardless of circumstance , and how to understand that you may not like working but it's what you're paid to do - so you might as well...
