I like this Taco Bell when people are nice and that was not the case today. I’ve been going here since forever and today was the day I had to review it. I proceeded to order my food at the speakers, and the woman, taking my order misheard me twice, and I was OK with that. People mishear things all the time and it’s not something that I’m gonna ever be annoyed at. However, when I got to the window, the lady that took my order, had an attitude and was not very Nice or friendly. One of my complaints is that she did not give me my change back and rounded up my total, even though I did not ask to round up. The second thing was that she got one of my orders wrong, and I asked her if I could just swap it out because that is not what I originally ordered, and she did, but she had an attitude while doing it. She never said sorry. Never said my bad, even. Just straight up silence with a seemingly irritated look. The more I go to this Taco Bell location specifically, the worst the experience is. And before asking why I didn’t ask for my change, she already look visibly annoyed and I had already at this point told her my order was wrong. I’m not saying you need to be happy and cheery working fast food. I know customers can be a lot at times. I also ordered and received 2 Dorito's Locos Tacos with one being more stale than the other, and no receipt to take the survey that I sometimes get bugged about. However, the Cheesy Gordita Crunch correctly came with no spicy ranch; so that's always nice to know that some attention was paid.

I've been on a Taco Bell binge the past two months and normally go to the franchise near my office but unfortunately I wasn't over there tonight. And yes I did check the main bag because that's normally where they fall to when tossed in. I will stop at the speaker where you order and I could see two different orders because they had different totals and different items. I figured the speaker must have been broke because not one person came on the speaker and said one moment please or acknowledge anything so I thought it was broke. I pull up to the window and the girl says the price is blah blah blah and I told her I did not even order. So she took my order at the window. Some big huge white guy maybe manager don't know was really rude. I explained to him about what I saw on the speaker where you order and mentioned that nobody even came on the speaker to say anything. He replied we are really busy. Really really??
