I normally don’t leave reviews but this one I have to. I have gone to this location numerous times and everytime I have had some type of issue but today was the worst experience and has been same issue with same female worker last couple times I have gone to this location. The last couple times I’ve been nothing but nice and greeted the worker by saying good morning and getting no response back with a blank stare. After given my food she just aggressively hands me the food without saying a word, no good bye, no have a good day, nothing! Not only that but Everytime I’m there I am given a dirty look by this same individual. What happened to costumer service? If you’re that miserable then maybe find a job where you are not dealing with the public. I will no longer go to this location and will continue going to the Layton ave location where I’m treated like a person and not judged!
If you check the reviews for this place you will see this is a common problem and probably by the same worker. I suggest if you don’t want an attitude first thing in morning then avoid this place because this lady knows how to ruin your day.
Btw she also just tosses food in bag leaving you with a big mess.
Spent over $25 to deal with her attitude!
Also I attempted to call and speak with manager today. Phone was answered by the same lady who works the window and was told manager was “too busy to talk”, so I told her I need to talk to manager about female who works the window with an attitude. I was told “ok” then she hung the phone up. This is the costumer service you will deal with if you come here. Avoid it! Give your money to a more respectful location.
Update: spoke to a Brittany from this location who called me by phone to discuss this matter. She was very professional and understanding. Hopefully this will be a wake up call for this worker and she gives the customers the customer service they deserve. Maybe I will give them a second...

I ordered my moms usual and the young lady was extremely disrespectful from the moment we pulled up to the window and on top of that argued with me and gave me the wrong drink. Then proceeded to have another employee come over and handle my request. I stayed calm as I was not trying to give back the same energy, but no one should ever be treated this way. Read moreI like this location but they never listen.I get charged for alterations on my drink but it never happens. I ask for extra caramel don't recieve it. I do get charged it however. I love the pumpkin spice with extra caramel around the cup and never get it. It's frustrating. It taste like more milk than the syrup. So I ask for an extra pump and don't get it neither. As a former barista myself it's annoying to see this happen.
