I am really bummed. I ordered flowers for next day delivery. On the website, I put in the recipients name and address, confirmed, checked out with Shop Pay, and then promptly got an e-mail stating that the same address that was used to order the flowers was the same as the recipient and to make sure this was correct or to change it ASAP. I could not find a way to edit it on their website, in my account, or in ShopPay. I sent an e-mail immediately and then called the second they opened in the morning.
I called, no one answered. I left a voicemail. I called the location closest to me (I had ordered them for someone in another state) and someone did answer and it sounded like the issue was resolved. I also had an e-mail stating the flowers would be going to the right person. Great!
However, they now close in 40 minutes and I have been panicking about this as these flowers needed to be delivered TODAY. I called again and left another voicemail (no answer at either number), sent a contact request through the website, sent an e-mail, and even messaged them on Facebook. My order has not been updated and the tracking doesn't work.
I feel like a crazy Karen, but I was told these flowers are amazing and I love that they donate to charity. I also spent a LOT (for me) of money on them and am insanely disappointed in the non-existent customer service. Since I have never ordered from here before, I am worried I will now be out of flowers and money. This was just really, really important to me and honestly, had someone just answered the phone (or e-mail or whatever) and communicated that there was an issue, I would not be this upset because I know things happen. I had gotten a reply on Facebook just asking if my flowers were delivered and then no follow up since and I answered immediately. I hope this issue gets resolved before they close for the day as I cannot express enough how disappointed I am. I just wish I was able to have communication in regards...
Read moreI am beyond happy that I was hooked up with Drew for my wedding florals. Being friends with Drew, my sister-in-law forwarded his information to me, and I am so grateful she did. I was so excited to hear he was available for my wedding date. He was an absolute pleasure to work with. Besides giving him my color scheme, I had a very, very basic idea for what I needed for my wedding. He was able to walk me through some ideas to get the kind of vibe I was going for, what I was drawn to, what I didn't like. With the proposal, he even makes a mock-up (to give a sense of what will be done, but not exact), of each item we were ordering. I let him take the reigns on everything and let his creativity shine. We had two calls, one intro, and one to finalize everything.
He had done weddings at our venue, the Cooperage, before, so he was familiar with the aesthetic. So blessed to have had him on our team. We put complete trust in him, and the end result was absolutely amazing. Because my mom & grandma were already creating my centerpieces, I only needed a handful of things from Flowers for Dreams: bouquets, boutonnieres, flower crowns and a floral piece for ceremony/head table. Everything Drew and his team created was just stunning.
We have gotten many regular bouquets from Flowers for Dreams over the years and always adored them, so I was so happy when we chose them in the end. We will continue to be customers with Flowers for Dreams after this...
Read moreI worked closely with Drew to draft our proposal for table decor and florals. He was amazing to work with. He provided so much professional insight and recommendations for the vibe I was going for. We met probably 4 or 5 times on zoom to go over each design for the day. I ended up pulling back on a few items to save some $ and he made the updates within hours and without hassle. Set up and strike went on without an issue, I wasn’t involved at all, they handled everything! It was amazing to arrive to the reception and candles were all lit and tables were all decorated. They even dropped my bouquet and my husband’s boutineer off early for our first look. We even made a last minute addition of a floral design for our welcome sign, added table decor like for guestbook and card table. The only hiccup was the night before I hadn’t received an official timeline for the floral delivery/ decor set up. I was anxiously calling the office, I did get ahold of someone covering and she was super sweet and offered peace of mind with times. Day of there were no issues with timing at all. Didn’t even notice them cleaning up but had no complaints from reception venu so they must have done a perfect job!
