Fully Loaded Eatery — Restaurant in Milwaukee

I ordered smothered pork chops, dressing and mashed potatoes. Pork chops were fried too hard (barely could taste meat, just crust) not smothered and I didn't get any gravy. Dressing tastes like stove top but it was ok. Seemed like mashed potatoes though. These ratings tricked me real good. 7 mos pregnant and I'm upset now! All I really wanted some mashed potatoes with gravy.

Update: Owner was nice and did call me to resolve the complaint which is commendable. She does seem to care about the service/food she provides...

The service/hospitality was beyond great, A family owned restaurant, I Love That!! Reminds me of my childhood, being brought up in family owed restaurant with my mom and a bar n grill with my aunt, Much Love there.... The food is amazing, Generous portions of Fresh, Hot and Full Of Flavor, It's So Good💯😋 If you like soul food it's a must try,, FrFr!!! I randomly wanted something different and this was the closest place. Ordered over the phone by the time I got there Eddie greeted me and asked if I could wait a few minutes for my order which I didn’t mind cause I was there early. Very polite and sweet. Was kind of cool outside so they said instead of me waiting they would bring my order to my car. I was so pleased just with the service and the food was great....
