I'll leave my original (good) comment below, but I've had to update my rating due to a very, very poor experience. I went in with four friends today. I was the first to order. They had lots of pickup orders, and the person who was taking payment decided to help with those, leaving us standing there waiting to pay for about 10 minutes. OK, so they were busy - that much I understand. Once we paid, my friends got their grill orders before me, even though I had ordered first. Then other people who ordered after me got their grill orders. At this point, the grill was now empty. I complained and was told that mine was "next up" (the ticket was the only one still hanging above the grill). It was only then that they started putting it on the still empty grill. 10 minutes later, with my friends still standing there waiting with me, and their subs getting cold, I finally got my order - after a few other grill orders, amazingly. When it finally was handed to me, all I got was a perfunctory "sorry for the wait". The total time between me placing my order and receiving it - 30 minutes. If time is ever an issue, and you want a grilled sub, think twice about going here.

Read moreThe worst customer service from the manager. My elderly, disabled aunt and I stopped in before we needed to head to her Dr appts. She ordered a Philly cheese steak but confused the number for the order and order the chicken. They made her a chicken Philly, when she apologized and explained her mistake we received the rudest response. They snatched the sandwich from her hand and said “I guess we will throw this one away” and then the manager handed the new one over and my aunt sweetly thanked her and apologized again and to my shock the manager didn’t even acknowledge or respond to what she had just said. Even despite this mistake was on our end, we will never go back they based on the way the customer service was handled. My aunt requested this place and as it was never my first choice, I agreed since she’s not had much of an appetite. Read moreSo I walked in the establishment as usual and noticed a employee grabbing at her face" as if she was cleaning something off. She asked if I was picking up or was I ordering. I responded by saying I want to order, but do you mind washing your hands before you take My order please. She then responds in a" confusing manner " like what are you talking about ? I responded with " I just saw you touch your face and think it's not sanitary ". Well she enturn says "I wasn't touching My face". We begin to banter about it when I was asked politely to leave by a gentleman who came from the back of the store stating "she wasn't touching her face because he can see through a reflection and didn't see her do such a thing. I proceeded with a tongue lashing and quickly remembered, you never argue with people that has to prepare your food. Furthermore if I have to ask you to wash your hands to properly feel safe to enjoy your food it's safe to say I shouldn't be here. #covid19 is real.
