Read moreI've been coming to this Jamba Juice for about a year now. As of the last few months, the experience has been poor. It's extremely short staffed, which I understand most businesses are. That's not typically an issue of mine but the couple staff that are there now lack even the most basic customer service skills. They treat the customers rudely, you can barely hear what they're saying because they talk so quiet. Don't bother asking how they are, saying thank you, or have a good day because you'll get no response. Although this makes for a poor experience, I've still continued to go as I do enjoy the smoothies. The last two visits in particular stood out more. The one day there was one other customer in there when my boyfriend and I walked in, the employee stated "It's gonna be a long wait I'm by myself and I have no blenders" in a rude tone. We left. Read moreI have been coming to this Jamba Juice for some time as I am a Jamba Juice fanatic, however today was the first day coming in to the building to place an order as I was asking the workers to help me understand the ordering process for the yummy bowls when wanting to substitute…the 2 gentleman’s I didn’t catch their names &’ their line doesn’t ring for me to be able to call &’ ask for their names…however the girl that is there with a hijab was very nasty &’ rude! The way she had her slick little comments she should not be working there if she doesn’t like her job ruining other peoples day who come in this early!
