I wish I was able to give this store negative reviews for the way that our situation was handled. We were in Milwaukee for a bachelorette party (Friday-Sunday) and so we planned on ordering JJ's for lunch before the activities Saturday. Our ticket time was 12:02 placed on the app for 6 sandwiches. When we didn't get an "out-for-delivery" notification by 12:45 we were getting a little worried because we had to leave by 1 to make our bach activities. We called the store and they said it was out for delivery and the driver had left about 5 minutes prior. The delivery was finally made right around 12:55. That's fine, it's lunchtime on a Saturday and their "freaky fast" promise may be slacking a smidge. I get it.... We went to our activities on an empty stomach. When we finally returned to the house and were able to dig into the sandwiches, we noticed they weren't cut like we asked, were missing ingredients, and we had an extra sandwich we didn't order. We called to inform the store/manager of what had happened, and the manager said he "double checked and the order was sent out correctly", insisting that what we were reporting (seeing with our own eyes) was wrong... and then proceeded to call our bride a "Karen", a "mther fker", and a "piece of sht". I've been in the service industry for a long time now, and NEVER have I had such a horrible experience talking to a MANAGER. Needless to say my overall impression of JJ's has gone WAY down. Read moreUnfortunately I have to call out the experience I had at this location. I ordered ahead online for pick up at drive thru. I gave a good 20 minutes before showing up and they hadn’t started the order despite not being busy. That was fine but they said the avocado needed to be thawed so I could wait or order something else. I had prepaid for extra avocado $1.98 charge. So this is what I wanted and already paid ahead for. I had no problem waiting. The problem was after receiving the sandwiches, one had almost no avocado, the other had a regular amount, not extra.The whole issue is I paid extra. If there was no additional charge I wouldn’t have cared that it lacked avocado. I had no problem waiting and could have waited longer for the appropriate amount to be thawed. That happens often at other drive thru places where they ask you to wait longer to prepare something, which I never mind doing. Read moreI order online and my order wouldn’t go through showing an Error due to my zip code I try to input the address a few times and it marked the same Error. I ended up going to the store to order when I got home I noticed in my bank account that the website had taken 4 different payments of 24.44$ (the order I was trying to place) I called the store and they said they never got the order or had any orders under my name. I never received any emails or texts confirming the orders. Why would they take my money then!? The store was unavailable to help me since they said they never got nothing of mine on their system. I reached out to corporate and they just told me they took that money pre authorization which is a crime, they stop replying to my emails so I have processed to file a report with the Federal Trade Commission.
