I occasionally receive the correct order without having to double check it after it is handed to me. If I hadn't ever experienced those couple of complete orders I initially requested at the register I would've given this particular McDonald's a big fat 0! Reason being is bc I can only think of one or two crew members that have welcoming & accommodating customer service skills. One of those two crew members is a young kid which of whom looks to be no older than 15 years old! & the rest of the crew consists of many eyes glaring toward you from behind the counters like they are silently hoping you'll either just change your mind & leave or that you'll only want to order their $1 soda. With every order taken you are made to feel as if you are single handedly responsible for their having to work. On top of that if they do forget something or make one of the items you ordered incorrectly (not a big surprise here) get ready to defend yourself against how they failed to satisfy your order as you entered it opposed to what they tell you you had ordered. Honestly, they could probably pull this one off if they hadn't said the same thing to the 2-3 customers ahead of you. I have yet to hear a crew member or a manager admit to or apologize for their own mistake much less offer any compensation for the inconvenience! I'm guessing that "the customer is always right" went out the window along with the jalapeño chicken sandwich! Lastly, if you can help it, don't go through the drive through! You will either have to wiggle around one or two big delivery trucks otw to the order speaker to avoid a possible fender bender or from hitting something or have to stop at the food window for an extended amount of time while waiting for the $1 soda that needs time to cook apparently just to get stared down by the manager & her crew making the wait very intimidating & uncomfortable. All this only to have them come to the window & hand you the car behinds order of fries. After you pull the bag into your vehicle & look inside hoping to see a soda in there somewhere (wishful thinking) & when you tell them this is not what you asked for guess what?! That's right you can't keep it either! Yes, you're told, not asked but told, to give back a a mishanded order & pull up to the spot ahead to wait another 5-10 mins for your order. I'm not sure if a 20-25 min wait at this type of restaurant for a chicken sandwich is even at all acceptable! & I still wonder what they did with...
Read moreHorrible horrible service. Manager was belittling and putting down a young kid at work there. Her and another younger Latino kid we're both talking Spanish back and forth so nobody can understand what they were saying. The young Spanish male kid that work there was trying to intimidate the young little white kid that work there. Just a horrible horrible experience at a McDonald's. They should make a commercial showing that for 2 minutes A young white McDonald's kid employee being belittled and verbally abused by his female Spanish manager and another young Spanish McDonald's employee who was a young male. Then I had to wait almost 5 minutes for my two apple pies I ordered with my meal. By the time I got my Meal a block down the road it was to go I got into my motel room and my French fries were cold and soggy and my burger was actually cool not even lukewarm. McDonald's keeps treating its customers like this and they are going to lose millions of customers. I've been a faithful customer and 53 years old and been come in McDonald's since I can remember like when I was 8 years old. Get it together McDonald's you're a franchise a multibillion-dollar franchise that doesn't mean that can't be lost if you take your customers for granted and don't even care about the service they're getting or how...
Read moreYour job is literally customer service. That should remain your number one priority and when I put gas in my vehicle and come all the way to your store to deliver food to one of your customers and you refuse to remake it because somebody stole it.... We have a problem. Our prerogative should be getting the food to the customer and getting paid. When I come in and you tell me somebody else grabbed the food, I call the customer, they say they have not received their order ...then guess what???....... Somebody stole that food. I politely ask the service woman to remake the food, she responds by saying "I already made it". This no longer becomes about serving the customer, this became about you not wanting to work hard for that customer. You still got paid to tell me that but the customer did not receive their order and I lost out dollar for Mile and the orders I refused to take because I wanted to take this one as my priority. Way to go, maybe hire people who take pride in their work and America. UPDATE:THE SAME THING HAPPENED AT THE MCDONALD'S IN CUDAHY ON PACKARD AVE. AND THE WORKERS REMADE THE ORDER.THIS IS THE DIFFERENCE YOU EXPERIENCE WHEN WORKERS ARE PROFESSIONAL AND CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER AND...
