QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Milwaukee

JENNA NEEDS TO BE MANAGER. that girl filled my stomach UP, so much to the point i had to share with my boyfriend and i don’t play with sharing food especially qdoba! i’ve NEVER had an experience to where the server gets me without even asking if i wanted that much because I DO ANYWAYS. she definitely worked her way into my heart, through my stomach. 🥲 best server to actually make spending the money WORTH IT. the cashier was also sweet sadly i didn’t catch his name but he was working with her on 6/11 around 4pm! you two were the best. definitely plugged my burrito bowl in the best way possible! and i wanna add, my intentions were walking in with my friend and getting only queso and chips but she started making my friend bowl and i’m like “oh yeah, she’s putting love into that bowl im gonna need me one of those” CHANGED MY MIND AND EVERYTHING. didn’t even have to cook...

I usually go to this place often during lunch at work and they are usually great but on November 5th, 2019, they were awful! My co-workers and I ordered food and dessert. Apparently they ran out of dessert (cookies and brownies) and instead of calling us to tell us, leaving a note, telling me when I picked up our orders or just doing the polite thing and giving us a credit or refund for the dessert, one of the workers thought it would be a good idea just to give us extra chips! I drop off all the food and all my co workers ask me hey where are the cookies and brownies so I call and the qdoba worker like yeah we ran out so I just gave you guys all your own personal bag of chips even though we all ordered chips on the side. They didnt even ask us if we wanted a certain kind of sauce to go along with all...

Placed an order using the app, and went to pick it up about 30min later. The guy working the register seemed high and said my order wasn't ready and should be coming out. After several minutes, I asked one of the line guys if they had a ticket printed for my order. They took their ear buds out long enough to tell me to check at the register, which I said I started at, then they confirmed that they did not have my ticket. One of the managers getting ready to leave heard this and said my order was next to the register, which the cashier didn't bother to check ("my bad", he tells me).
