Blind Pig — Restaurant in Mineral Wells

Stumbled upon this place after our hike at Mineral wells State park. It was a Saturday around 3pm. It's a speakeasy so my husband was immediately drawn to it. However, we went in thru the regular entrance and were instantly by Jacob. Super personable. We ordered a couple of their specialty cocktails and were blown away. That was just the beginning as it became evident Jacob was NOT a bartender this young man is a Master Mixologist!! Everything he created for us was AMAZING! He also let us sample some of his off menu creations that continued to blow us away! We live in FTW but will be making the drive just to see what else Jacob has up his sleeve! We also got to meet the owner who was also a veteran like my husband. They struck up a conversation and found out they're having a dueling piano 🎹 night Oct 11th count us in we instantly bought our tickets to enjoy some more delicious drinks and music! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ If you’re anywhere near Mineral Wells, you have to stop by The Blind Pig! The bar is spacious and inviting, with plenty of room to hang out, hit the dance floor, or just soak in the atmosphere. The music was great all night, and the A/C was ice-cold — a lifesaver in that Texas heat!

The highlight of the night was definitely Jacob, the bartender. He’s a true master of craft cocktails. Every drink was expertly made, full of flavor, and served with genuine hospitality. You can tell Jacob knows his stuff and takes real pride in what he does.
