The crust was at a perfect meeting point between crispy but still doughy. The first bite brought a marvelous taste of spicy yet sensual buffalo sauce, along with a melt in your mouth combination of flavorful cheeses. As I made my way through the slice, only a few drops of buffalo sauce dripped, indicating a generous but responsible amount of sauce. The crust at the end of the slice was an incredible finale to a stunning slice of pizza. I was in process of asking for its hand in marriage before I came to the frightening conclusion that is illegal to marry a piece of pizza. Where to begin, I've been going to Andrea's for about 9 years. I work downtown Minneapolis and this pizza place is a staple of the city. everyone knows about this pizza and if you don't you're totally missing out.

If some of varieties of pizza cooked fresh daily. Some of the best pizza dough I have ever had. I'm usually not one that goes for strange varieties of pizza. I like to think of myself as a Pizza purist, however Andrea's makes a mean Cajun chicken pizza that I highly recommend.

It's kind of a shame, because this place used to have tons of interesting pizzas by the slice, but the last few times I've gone there they only have two or three options (basically pepperoni, cheese, and one other one). Additionally, the staff used to be really friendly and engaging, but lately the new people who work there seem to be annoyed that I'm interrupting their day.
