Saturday night we went to an event with pre-purchased tickets. WE were two adult couples. At the entrance the employee in charge of checking in people put us a wristband and said that a little mineral water bottle that my wife had in her purse was not allowed so that I went back to my car to leave it there, in the meantime my wife and my two friends got in and waited for me right after the metal detector. When I got back to the line, after waiting for other people to check in I showed my wristband and that same employee told me to go to the other side door to get in. I did so and the security people said I did not have a stamp (which was true) so that I could no get in. When I told them the other employee, which was less than 7 feet apart from us, told me to do so they started treating me like I intended to access to the place with no ticket and ribbed me about me trying to get a "free access". They did not hear me when I told them what happened. Then I got back to the other entrance, the guy (same employee that put the wristband and told me to go to the other door ) let me in got through the metal detector, and right after it met my friends and wife who were completely shocked for the way the security guys were treating me. Right then, the main security guy yield at me saying that I had to walk again through the metal detector and ask, in very bad manner, how many tickets this group of people showed, he said 4 and then they let me in. After then everything was good, the show and environment however I would never go to this place again. I'm pretty sure it was misunderstanding but I am not open to be treated like this, like if I was a kid trying to get in with no paying. I am very disappointed for this. Hope it helps the management to improve the internal communication in between the employees and treat people nice...

Read moreMost of my experiences here have been very pleasant and unproblematic. Expect for the show I attended on my birthday on February 4th. I arrived with my boyfriend about 30 minutes prior to my friends that were meeting me there, we went inside to enjoy the music well we waited, and came outside when we knew our group of friends were close. I had their tickets on my phone and well walking in with them mind you I had already been stamped and received a wristband, one of the security guards on the way in grabbed me by my waist aggressively to yell at me to go in the other door. Although I was trying to explain I had my friends tickets in passing that’s when he yelled in my face “you should have started with that”… which I did he just wasn’t paying attention. I understand doing your job but I was in no way being disrespectful even after being grabbed by my waist and yelled at in my face I still was calm and explained my situation. I find it unprofessional as a larger male security guard to grab a woman by her waist abruptly, I could have dealt with the yelling or even a shoulder grab, but the touching of my waist was over the top and very inappropriate. I understand they have to deal with drunk disrespectful people often but as someone who has ptsd from men touching me without consent the interaction made me want to cry and I wasn’t able to enjoy the rest of the night. I tried to let it go as I genuinely like first ave and it would always be five stars in my book but I don’t think I’ll be returning after that, and I don’t think prince would stand for inappropriately grabbing women at his...
