Elevate Food Hall — Restaurant in Minneapolis

I would’ve given four stars except for erratic timeline the online weekly features are published. When it’s published early (i.e., over the weekend) I have the opportunity to determine what days I can plan to get really good food at Elevate, buy lunch elsewhere or bring something from home.

Unfortunately, this week’s features are still not published online (it’s 9 p.m., Monday). Looks like I’ll have to order from elsewhere again tomorrow.

Having transitioned from a more traditional cafeteria model last year, Elevate has made great strides in appealing to different tastes and providing a variety of delicious options each day. It's a bit pricy, but the convenience of being in the building I work in outweighs that easily when I am in a rush for lunch. I used to get breakfast here all the time and it was great. However, they recently switched the breakfast menu and the cost went considerably higher and sadly the cost is nowhere near deserving of the little amount of food that you get. This is no reflection on their Chef David he is phenomenal and the only reason I gave this place a third and fourth try hoping that it would change.
