A PERFECT experience! We live in Wisconsin but was scheduled for the Minneapolis Office. My Mom went to take her civics test, and I went to translate for her when needed. The security guards were very polite and gave us clear directions. The check in desk was quick and pleasant. Our wait time was less than 10 minutes before our number was called. Our interviewer, Walton, was the nicest person ever! We were nervous but our stress eased quickly as he was very friendly as well as professional. He explained the procedure clearly, was patient with my Mom who doesn't speak English fluently and answered all questions we had. It felt more like a good conversation than a test or interview. When my Mom passed, he immediately smiled and congratulated us with genuine happiness. His sincerity made the whole experience special. We went to get immigration interview at 10:15 am today ！ it is a five star experience ! The interviewer is a gentleman who makes us feel relaxed during the whole interview ! We prepared a lot of interviewing stuffs for him , he only looks at portions of them ! It is all good to get prepared anyway !
