What a great addition to downtown coffee shops! Only open 2 days but their service, options, and aesthetic are lovely.
From the Millennial Pink latte (which is just sweet enough for a black coffee drinker to try and enjoy) to hot cup construction to variety of seating options, the details are immaculate.
As mentioned, the Millennial Pink latte is a worthy try. The Turkey Sausage Breakfast sandwich is substantial and tasty. The nitro cold brew is potent and tastes like the happy medium between dark and medium roast. Looks like they have great grab and go salad options as well as cardigan donuts. Excited to try the beer and wine selection and what else they have to offer! Folks working were really helpful and knowledgeable.

Some coffee shop brands have a reputation of the lid not sitting right and hot coffee dripping out, but this was a whole new level. I stopped many times to make sure the lid was on well. The weird thing is that the drips were not coming from the part where the cup overlaps itself.
If you're going for just drip coffee to go I would not recommend going here.
If you're going for more than coffee and meeting someone then this...

They are typically playing either excellent music, a good movie, or having live music played near the fireplaces. The chairs are strategically placed at event intervals for socialising and/or work meetings. The menu is fantastic and the happy hour prices are unmatched. The staff are always nice and will go beyond the call of duty to answer questions about the menu. One thing to note, they don't take cash.. Which I always forget, and also no Google pay. So I've had to spot folks and be spotted when one of us forgets. Menu highlights for me is the tea latte made with no-sugar-added coconut milk and their smoothies are divine. I had the green smoothie just recently and it was a mango...
