a true gem in the skyway! if you have trouble finding, just look for the line (for good reason) that swirls around the Baker Center!

I religiously order their Udon -- I think it is the best in town. I've also heard great things about their sushi as well. Judging by the casual conversations, this place has its regulars. What's even better is the staff learns your order and even starts to anticipate/prep your order while you wait in line. I not only appreciate the food, which is prepared incredibly fast for the wait, but I also love the incredibly friendly service. Thank you for always making our lunch a little brighter!

Advice: come early or later in the day to avoid the line; also understand that seating is incredibly limited! On the same note, I would like to kindly remind those who are enjoying Sushi Takatsu at one of the very limited seats, to please be mindful of the space around you. This place is without a doubt the best Japanese cuisine I’ve ever had. The freshness and quality of their fish is exceptional, and all of their rolls are really affordable and generous portions! The great food doesn’t end at their sushi and oshizushi, though- they have excellent udon! The noodles are so chewy and the broth is always seasoned to perfection. Ever since I discovered this place a year ago, I’ve come here once (sometimes twice) a week EVERY week to get their udon. (In the picture is a bowl of their Curry Udon! Really really good!) The only reason why I’m able to get such crazy good food every week, even as a college student, is because their prices are super affordable! The icing on this amazingly delicious and affordable cake is the excellent and super fast service. This place seriously has it all!
