I did not think the ice creams were all that great. I did the 16 flavor platter, which includes all the flavors and I found a lot of the flavors to be very sour. It platter looks great in pictures but does not taste the best. My rating also reflects the customer service. There was a young girl working who does not know how to handle situations or come up with solutions. It was 80 degrees out and we waited an hour outside in line. We took my mom out for mothers day and one of the ice cream had alcohol. She asked for everyone's ID which I understand. My mom who is 60 forgot hers and she stared at us blankly and said she can't serve us. I am disappointed because she provided zero alternatives for us other than to leave. I said well there's 8 of us, so it's fine if my mom doesn't eat with us. She said nope she can't serve us. Then her grand idea was "well one of you can just order the champagne one on the side".... what difference does that make? We were about to leave then my sister goes "well can't we just switch out the alcohol with the non alcohol? and then the worker gives us a doofy smile and goes "certainly! that's what we do in situations like this" like what?? then why didn't you suggest that? The worker acted as if those were her words when realistically we were about to walk out the door until my sister said that. Again, I totally understand the ID thing. I'm not upset about that. I am upset that we waited an hour in the sun and the worker had a poor attitude and provided us no substitution or alternatives. We were the only ones that were paying $60 for ice cream and she simply refused our service...

Enjoy overpriced ice cream with a side of NO customer service and poor attitude. I arrived here on a Wednesday night with a group of 6 friends. Unfortunately, only one person was working and there was already another couple ahead of us that just finished paying for their ice cream. However, we weee fine with waiting and allowing the staff to take her time since she was the only one behind the counter. I could tell it was about to get busy for the “dessert rush” as we got there around 9pm and another group of 3 line du patted us. The staff working was a blonde, pigtailed worker who NEVER greeted us or asked us for our order. After waiting at the counter for 2 mins we asked her if we could make our order and she never responded so we began to ask for some ice cream samples before making our dessert order. The girl never smiled at any of the customers once nor did they ever respond to our request. She just took our orders and gave us our ice cream without ever talking back to us. I mean when I go to my local Dairy Queen, at least the cashiers acknowledge me and assure me that they’ve received my order. Will probably never return here due to the poor customer service. The parking was not convenient either. I can find better local shops with staff that actually acknowledge...

Worst customer service. I have been here a total of 4 times, but today was one of the worst times. We went in for a shake and root beer float, first of all their prices are overly priced. $10 for the shake & almost $8 for the root beer float. We went there and kindly asked one of the girls if she could just mix the shake up a little bit more because the last time it was really chunky and she proceeds to say “well we don’t mix the shake, the machine does.” Obviously. We let that one go. For the root beer float, mind you it’s almost $8 one of the other girls made that, and put ONE small scoop of ice cream it, we asked if we could just get another scoop of ice cream, and we’re willing to pay for it, she made it seem like that was such a big issue to do that, and rolled her eyes. After we walked out, we noticed them started to sit and talk and laugh at us, we went back in and asked to get a refund, they went and got their manager, we got the refund, and the girl takes her phone out and starts recording us, mind you, we weren’t being rude or loud, AT ALL, and she was recording us on her phone. Just didn’t like their poor customer service and wanted a refund🤷🏽‍♀️ We liked going here, but it’s people like this that make it very hard...
