I’ve been here a few times and wouldn’t recommend going on the weekend. I ordered a sandwhich and asked for tomato about three times, the person put a bunch of mayonaisse which I didn’t ask for or want. I was not offered a new sandwhich & told her I asked for tomato not Mayo, she gave me an attitude and said yes this mayo, not understanding what I said. Finally I told her that’s not what I asked for, she wiped off some of the mayo with a knife. If I had an allergy this would’ve been a huge problem. I wasn’t going to say a thing. I submitted a complaint online & I came back the next day because I was given a coupon for a free drink to use IN RESTAURANT; & the worker said I needed a card coupon to redeem it. I told them I didn’t need a card that this was from a survey online with a code, she said she didn’t understand and got a co-worker. A man came up and I told him about my coupon for a free drink, he said they only do it online, but the survey clearly says it’s only accepted in restaurant. I told him this, he wouldn’t even look at my screen and he basically said he doesn’t know. Two disappointing experiences in one weekend. I’ve been here a few times during the week and they have never had issues.
I tried my best to be patient with the weekend staff, but it’s not that they didn’t accept it, it’s that they didn’t know how to type in codes nor understand much English. I wish there was a different person working or a manager, I ended up just leaving the restaurant without my sandwhich or drink because it was just frustrating when they couldn’t understand an offer their restaurant gave me. If you’re working at a food place in the hospital I feel like you really need to understand English especially for...
Read moreI don't know if I have seen a place with worst customer service in my life, but this one is pretty up there. I was trying to get some coffee from the machine in the Subway and pressed the "full" button on the coffee machine, and it sprayed boiling water all over the place! I felt like my hand got burn. I'm guessing that the coffee machine needed a filter underneath it and it was missing an entire lower part, but I digress. I wasn't mad about the issue. The women who made my sandwich came rush over to the machine spilling hot water everywhere onto the floor. Mind you she corrected my sauce choices when I said "sweet mustard" instead of "honey mustard" in a condescending manner, but I also will digress. What struck me the most though is what the woman did. She called out to a male employee for help. I know I don't understand their language but I knew I heard a bit of English dialogue:
Male employee: "Did you do this?" Woman: "No it was the customer. The customer." as she points at me.
So I stood there as this man yelled at me for 3 minutes straight. He looked at me and turned away while he shook is head. Holding an empty cup, I filled up about 2/3 with some lemonade as he scold me. Feeling attacked, I left immediately. The sandwich was okay, but only if you're willing to put up with being blamed and scold for almost burning your hand on a poorly set...
Read moreI would zero stars for service if I could. The lady who works here during the evening hours has a horrible attitude with all customers. I work at this hospital and had so many encounters with her so far. Others workers are way professional than her but they all work mornings, and if you requested for some change in your order, they are very helpful compared to this lady who does the closing shift. On top of that, she also messes up with orders all the time. Happened to me, and my co workers so many times. When you request for minor changes to your order, or request for a different thing, she would get upset and not very accommodating. To the extent, we would all know if we have anything missing on our orders, as it is the same lady who does the...
